The ceviche options were plentiful and very fresh. The chicharrón was also good, with crispy skin, though it was a little salty for my taste. Everything else was well balanced and flavorful. The price is very reasonable for a Cuban buffet, and the service was good throughout our visit. Dishes were cleared promptly, and our water glasses were always refilled.
