I really like the food, but I wish they would do more to make the place welcoming. Let's start with the windows could be cleaned, the inside could be spruced up, remove boxes the are all over the dining area, put in a proper counter, etc. the restaurant could benefit from an upgrade, period! I ordered on a rainy day delivery Chinese food because it was raining I decided to order delivery I was vary specific with my order because I like my food handled with care I asked for extra sauce on boneless ribs so that I can use the bbq sauce for my rice she said yes yes ok I got u. The order got here pretty quickly on a Friday rainy night so I was surprised it came so quickly I gave the delivery driver a $5 tip thinking he got my food here so quickly he deserves it take the food inside the pork was so old and dry it looked like it was cooked 3 days ago and the rice had the same old rooten food taste gave me and my wife a huge stomach ache we started to comet before the food was half way done I decided to take the food back to the place the in the rain the manager thought it was a good idea to remake my order and give me more food at that point me and my wife wer already sick didn't want more food. so I asked for my money back the manager then said u ate half the food so I can only give u half the money back then I took my phone out started recording and asked her to repeat herself then she took the money out the register and told me she never wants to see me there again. read more

WAITED 3 HOURS FOR AN ORDER RHAT STILL HAS YET TO ARRIVE ! In all honesty I used to love this place was a frequent customer ordered all the time but lately the restaurant has been going thru some changes, not only did I order a meal o dodmt recieved o waited patiently for a driver that obviously doesn't understand GPS technology or addresses but the the fact that I order here so often and no one ever gets lost ( neve have to give them an address by the way it's in their system) the woman at the restuarant tried to patiently wait with me on the phone complaining on how hes stupid for being lost for OVER 2 HOURS NOW doesn't they to compensate me or anything finally after another hour and getting hostile about waiting 3 hours for food that's going to be cold I tell her I want to be refunded for some guy to come on the phone and try to mediate now ( where was he and hour and a half ago) and than the phone hangs up in my face so here I am on the street looking for a car that will never show up and waiting my refund . Altjough this restaurant is on a heavily traveled Avenue, the dining area was remarkably empty. It seems that the bulk of their customer base is phone ins for delivery and pick ups, as the phone rang non stop. But what about the food? It was the run of the mill chinese food. I had the Moo Goo Gai Pan and the Pepper Steak combination. I also had the wings as appetizers. None Of these dishes were noteworthy. The pork fried rice was rather tasty, but a little on the salty side. I loved the egg drop soup and the fried wonton. If you have a hankering for Chinese food this restaurant will take you where you want to go. However, if your interest is great chinese food, this restaurant will likely disappoint. read more

The only reasons i didnt give a 5 star rating is 1. Because the delivery guy didnt say thank you after he got his tip. 2. Because the duck sauce looks NASTY and TASTES disgusting! 3. Because the lady that took my order was on the phone fighting with another man and was rushing to take my order, i had to call back to tell her i was ordering with a credit card! Honestly, this place is one of the best Chinese Restaurants in Miami. Not only is the staff always nice (Even on the phone), but you do not even have to ask for them to add the free coupon item according to how much you spend, they automatically do it! We ordered Pepper steak and honey chicken dinner combo super bomb! This place is definitely a hole in the wall the rice was well seasoned and flavorful. The wonton soup was yummy as well and the portion was very generous! we got steamed dumplings as well they were okay could be better, compared to other Chinese themed restaurants within this area I can say this is the best hands down! read more

They are venturing into Sushi, don't thing they are quit there yet, my California Roll was a bit sloppy and came with teriyaki sauce which just made the over all presentation lacking. Hands down, the best Chinese food in Hialeah. As someone who moved to the area from out of state (pretty good Chinese back there) I was disappointed so many times from every other local Chinese delivery I ordered from. I gave up and figured it had to be the area, it was all so bad it tasted like nothing compared to the worst I had back home. I decided to try China Cafe after getting a flyer from an employer. So glad I did. The woman answering the phone was great. Delivery driver very sweet and delivered long before we expected him to. The food- just wow. We had the honey chicken combo, lobster & shrimp sauce, and general gao's non spicy. The honey chicken was like chicken fingers to the max, never seen that much chicken inside chicken fingers- and it was juicy and had flavor. The pork fried rice- I usually don't even like it but wow! Egg rolls, full of flavor, crunchy, and juicy. This is definitely authentic Chinese-American food. Best part was the food tasted clean, as in they don't re-use old cooking oil day after day. It tasted fresh as well. Very generous on the portions, and prices were great. Will never try another place in Hialeah again. Apparently they are under new management. Whatever they are doing, it's excellent. So glad I found them. Highly recommend it! read more
