I am a 5+ yr long customer who uses the Sapphyre nicotine additive to my vape juice, without it I am miserable and do not enjoy my vape. Orders come in on Wednesday's. I was there Wednesday when they were unpacking the order, the item was not there, and so I was pretty upset, I had already waited over a week they are constantly running out of these additives. There was a man there who must have delivered the order, I was in the drive thru, and he told the clerk as I sat there, "Tell her I will go to the warehouse and bring some back" ( I thought, wow, awesome right?) NOPE.... I was told they would call, nobody called. I called up there the next moring STILL NO SAPPHYRE in the store, I was pretty upset. What happened to going to the warehouse and bringing some back? Why offer if you don't follow through? Had me pretty upset and felt ignored. I called again that night and spoke to Jeremy who said he was going to have Dionne bring me what they had in the Stockbridge location over to this store. I had my doubts.
