Their policies and procedures were constantly changing and the turnover rate was astounding. I did have a good experience with one teacher in particular, but when she left there were no longer any redeeming qualities. The "Assistant Director" was rude and ill-informed and usually unable to answer even the most basic question. The director was never available and rarely responded to email. I'd look elsewhere for the care of your little one!

He did contact hand foot and mouth like the other poster's child during that time however I was notified immediately as soon as it was discovered. They also had the school cleaned out and had parents take anything that was their childs home to be washed. Now you must bring home the bedding every week. The turnover rate has been high the past few months but I do believe this is due to the wage that the workers are paid. There was a story about this recently on the today show. All in all I would recommend this daycare to anyone. My son has thrived and continues to thrive each day he is there. His teachers are very kind to him and have nurtured him through each transition. Whether is be with a new teacher or when he moved to the next class. The administrative part with communication can be improved but that just takes some training on the directors part to her staff.

And another mother told me she would be filing CPS and licensing reports ... because the same staff member Sarah , treated her INFANT wrongly as well ... and thought it was funny. Also when you bring up legal affairs they will ( in the same breath) delete camera footage and tell you that you may only direct your concerns to higher up directors because you brought up legal affairs . They lie about involving higher ups when families are upset so that you do not reach out yourself . The directors allow their staff to let new babies cry for long periods of time . They hire idiots that know nothing about the law or how to care for peoples INFANTS. And should be cited for deleting camera footage ,before the 30 day waiting period .

I showed the images to my pediatrician and to other people and they were uphauled by what they saw. I could see EACH TOOTH on my daughters leg. This to me is negligence. If you want to know what your child is doing on a daily basis, don't go here. Her first day was great, we got regular updates on the app they provide, but after that if we got ANY update it was alerting us when we dropped off / picked up our child. We even gave them IPADS. Yes, we donated IPADS to the center to just get updates as they said their teachers couldn't do regular updates due to lack of something to do the updates on. Nothing changed. We reached out to the owner as she told us to contact her whenever we have an issue. We had multiple issues we brought to her attention. What was her response to this? We get an email saying your daughter is being removed from the center and that day was her last day. This was ridiculous. I showed the email I sent and the response I got, to multiple people and found it to be unprofessional. Regardless, we have my daughter at another center. The funny thing is we have not one time had to complain and she's been at this one longer. She has learned and developed more and actually cries LEAVING as she has so much fun. The staff turnover is crazy at this location and seem to be bothered when you had questions. My wife dropped off our daughter before to staff members too busy on their phones than to help get my daughter settled. They even had a morning person who my daughter would SCREAM AT THE SIGHT OF. When I brought this to the attention of the owner I was told that person was not a "people person". And they are working around children? Again, you may have different experiences. I would not wish for this place on anybody and the best decision we made was leaving there!

The talented staff, including Ms. Johnice, Ms. Sheree, and Ms. Raynita (and former employees including Ms. Tiffany), have consistently provided quality education, a safe environment and clear communication. This isn't to say that everything has been perfect, but when there were challenges the staff rose to the occasion and ensured that our children were safe and well-looked after. Recently, students have been engaged in optional sports, arts and crafts, etc. opportunities facilitated by outside companies. Parents are also encouraged to be active participants in the Fort community. Overall, this has been a great experience.

She has been going to the daycare as a drop in when she was an infant and started attending daily when she was 1. She is now 3 and knows everyone's name, kids, and teachers. All the children know her name. When I go pick her up, the children say your mommy is here. The daycare is like a little family. The daycare is not just a daycare. The academy helps me continue with teaching my daughter the basics. My daughter knows how to spell her name because the 2 year old class. When we go over letters at home she will say different classmates name that begin with the letters. She sings along with the class and continues when she gets in the car to do home. On several occasions they have closed with no/short notice on non-holidays leaving parents scrambling for care & paying twice - once to Haynes and again for emergency care. The only notice they might provide is a small notice on the wall among a lot of other postings. You will have to pay for daycare or lose money when they close on non holidays, which is becoming more frequent. They do have a monthly newsletter (that usually comes out about 10 to 14 days into the month) but other than that, they do not have a real time means of providing timely information to parents. They do not have a website, social media presence or email list for parent information. They will not provide any kind of regular feedback regarding how your child is doing or how your child is progressing, even though parents have requested it. Your child may learn a little when he moves to an older class but he stagnates during the school year because younger children are moved into his class & the class goes back to the material for the younger children instead of taking steps to ensure the older children in the class continue to progress. They seem to be overcrowded. The before and after care and the drop ins seem to take their numbers to more than they can handle. Stop by in the mornings and you will see children of all ages - 2 through school age - mixing together in a chaotic environment with minimal supervision or in the evenings they may be watching TV on a screen the size of a 20 inch computer screen. Some classes share a room separated by a few blocks. It is a lot of children in a small space. The friendliness and kindness of the staff & the way they teach the other children to be friendly towards each other & greet each other warmly mean that your child will enjoy this place but as a parent, the failure to regularly communicate might leave you frustrated, as a general matter & with concerns that your child is not being taught to his potential because of the lack of communication and feedback & the failure/inability to manage the progress of each child as younger children enter the classes.
