Happy Feet? More like Happy Body!!! I called in advance to ask if they had any available appointments for a full body massage. They said yes. I arrived to a beautiful and colorful relaxing spa! Yu Yu (not sure if I'm spelling that correctly) was my massage therapist. She started with a towel over my body, pressing firmly all over. Digging her elbows and arms into my back. She continuously asked if I was too cold or too hot. She continuously asked if the pressure was ok. She began massaging my body with an oil. Her mature hands felt amazing on my tense body. She even ran her fingernails down my back. I was falling asleep until it was time to flip over. She used pressure points on my knees and inner thighs. Something no other massage therapist has ever done. Then she massaged my scalp and neck. The whole experience was amazing. Even when I paid, the sweet lady at the front desk was so polite offering me water. This was my first massage and it won't be my last. Thank you Yu Yu for my amazing massage. Had an amazing experience at Happy Feet in Rancho Cucamonga. I booked a foot massage and they really exceeded my expectations. The place is clean, relaxing, and has a calm vibe as soon as you walk in. The staff were kind, professional, and checked in a few times to make sure the pressure was comfortable. My therapist really focused on the tense areas and I walked out feeling lighter and so much more relaxed. The prices are reasonable for the quality of service you get, and I never felt rushed. They have recently made some improvements inside the spa with new rooms for the body massage, which I like better than the fabric curtains that used to divide each room. This was a Groupon purchase, and we had made an appointment. Upon arriving, one of the women just kept pointing to the 5 on the clock to come back. There was no welcoming customer service as noted in some of the reviews. The only communication had to be via Google Translator. Our Groupon was NOT honored and the older female came outside to our vehicle wanting us to contact Groupon. We were embarrassed and sat waiting to have our Groupon purchase verified for well over an hour. This was a very disappointing experience here, and I wouldn't return. read more

I purchased a combination 60 minute body massage and 30 minute foot massage. Lady's name is Eva. The bucket that they had me soak my feet in was not big enough for my feet. Then while I was soaking, she started to do a head massage which I didn't know I was getting. I asked her to concentrate on the muscles and not rub my head, it didn't feel like a Massage. She did move to the neck but went back to rubbing my hair, I had to ask her again not to rub my head. Then she she started an arm massage over the clothes which I also didn't understand why that was happening. Just seem like she was wasting time. Then she started the foot massage. I haven't had a foot massage in a very long time, so I don't know if this is good, but she basically was using her knuckle on one hand to just rub back and forth. It seemed monotonous. But then it got a little bit better as she used her hands and fingers Didn't spend much time massaging the calf muscle, which I wish I could've been massage more. Then it was time for the 60 minute body massage. It only lasted 45 minutes. I really don't like it when they use their elbow because that just rubs against the bone don't know why they don't just use their fingers, hands and palm. The worst thing about it was that she answered the phone twice during my massage. I consider that to be bad service , I think this was a very subpar massage and I will not be back. read more

The attendants hands were light in massage, I felt bad asking for a deeper message because her hands kept cracking. I booked a 90 min body massage with Eva. The massage was very good, it was quiet, I was very relaxed then..her phone rang and she answered and proceeded to make an appointment for the caller. I was ok with it, but it continued to happen 4 more times! So the massage had potential but it went downhill fast.
