Came for the first time today for a couples massage with my fiance. It is located in the small shopping center right next to stater bros and across the street from broken yolk cafe. Let's talk about the booking experience first. My fiance booked an appointment yesterday for 11:30 and everything was good. We received a call this morning that we needed to come in at 11:15 because something happened with the schedule. No biggie but we couldn't make it at that time unfortunately so they gave us a 2:15 appointment which was great. Just would like to say please make sure when scheduling clients be mindful if those times are not available. I got the Swedish massage and my fiancé got the deep tissue. I enjoyed this very much AND the price makes me want to make it a regular thing. I went for the mixed Thai and Swedish massage. I told the masseuse my trouble areas and when I left, and even now a week later, I still feel great! I had lots of popping sounds coming from my back... definitely needed the release. I also enjoyed that she "walked" on more than just my back, using the pressure from her feet on my arms and legs. I also enythe stretching part. I think next time I'll just get the Thai massage only since I seem to like those components the best anyways. Getting a massage isn't necessarily the "luxury" I always thought, it's more of a necessity at this point to keep my body feeling good and improve my quality of life, especially considering the physicality of the job I do. The only draw back is that they don't massage the glutes, at least they didn't for me. It's a large muscle area that deserves attention as well. The table you lay on is warm as well! Did a 90 minute Swedish - $115. It was good, Just a small recommendation: place a pillow under the knees when laying on back, and don't spend too much time on the feet. I felt like my masseuse did the same motion of rubbing oil on my feet for what felt like 1/3 of the massage. Other than that, the place is very clean and the staff is very polite. This was my first time coming here and it was a well needed birthday treat. I booked my appointment a few days prior because originally I wanted to come in on Sunday but they were fully booked. I was greeted promptly and the area is very clean. I was asked if I need to use the bathroom and as I was walking back, I seen the employees and they all greeted me with a smile. Awful experience with therapist Ann. I asked for a deep tissue massage but she was massaging my back so soft I had to ask if she was doing Swedish or deep tissue. She got so upset that all of a sudden from massaging back she went straight to my neck like a pit-bull dog, so viciously and started stabbing her thumb into my neck, you can tell she did it on purpose. I've been coming here regularly for 3 years. Super easy to make an appointment. I recommend making an appointment at least a few days or in advance especially if your schedule is not flexible. The front desk is friendly. Ambiance is key. There are individual rooms with the exception of the couples room. A very calming and soothing environment. Ambient music plays in the background while you just relax. The space is clean and decorated nicely. I would say all the Thai masseuses are skilled. I don't have a regular person, but I haven't had a bad experience. I know they really enjoy cracking backs! I always get the combo massage (Swedish and Thai). They walk on the back side of my body. It is optional, but I would say at least try it once. These ladies are strong. I guess I'm a wimp so I can't imagine the deep tissue. The prices are reasonable. I usually do the 90min massage at least every other month. I was doing 60min every other week at one point. Definitely love spoiling myself and also reaping the many health benefits of a massage.
