After digging around and reading every review, I ended up here praying that it would be good. The establishment is super clean and we were greeted right away. My husband and I were both early for our appointment which wasn't a problem. The massage was amazing. The hot stones, the destroying of back knots, I couldn't be more happy with the outcome. I got under the sheet as is usual in all other massage parlors I have been to, but when she came into the room she got upset and raised her voice at me and told me not to go under the sheet because she was going to give me a towel. 1. She did not tell me beforehand and 2. You should have given me the towel in the first place when you left to let me change Then she proceeded to massage me with the door wide open and a man comes in and they have a conversation. Normally I don't care about this but the door was open and I was exposed. After, she leaves me attend to this man for 5 minutes and I only booked a 30 min massage (40 + 10 tip + 2 cc fee) And the massage itself....absolutely horrendous and haphazard. No technique whatsoever. She also was NOT consistent about doing BOTH sides of the body. Painful even when I told her to adjust the pressure and literally not a massage just her poking really hard and scratching my head quite furiously. This was NOT a deep tissue or Chinese massage at all. It was just her doing random things on some parts of my body. Dry massage, no oil (which is fine but she didn't say. Cracked my neck and back without asking. She as also raising her voice when she was cracking my neck she would say RELAX RELAX! Ummm hello how can I relax when you are literally yelling at me and cracking my neck without telling me what you're through. I left more stressed than I came in. I'm happy I don't ever have to go back here again - so many better choices around!!!!!

What I liked most was that the pressure was perfect and they kept checking to make sure I was comfortable. You can tell they actually care about the experience. Super clean, calm atmosphere, and the staff made me feel comfortable right away. The prices are also really reasonable for the quality you get. Parking was easy too which is always a plus. Needed this massage so badly & we knew this was the only place of recent history that'll hit the spot, figuratively, and literally. Leo is the guy that knows how to get the kinks out. No frills, basic, just one of the stalls inside Plaza Mexico, at times this place has curtains for privacy (not used for my massage). I opted for the combo (20 minutes body massage, 20 minutes feet massage) for $45 which is reasonable. They have plastic bins provided for your belongings to store while lying down on their massage tables (fairly comfortable). LEO has strong, firm but capable hands with the right amount of pressure. He is not conversant but it's not what I was looking for at this venture. I had a previous massage from him & I waited to make sure he was my masseur this second time. Hubby was going to wait for him too but in the interest of time, opted for another masseuse (which he later regretted). I felt relaxed & relieved after this massage, like I can take over the world lol. Will definitely return & Hubby will wait for Leo next time. After the massage, he said he remembers us & recommended an hour treatment for the next time. I believe that's an amazing idea for my birthday.
