I found this spot on IG. However, they have about 5-6 people working and they are all booked up at least 1 month to 2 months out. For a customer who wants to get services, I'd say, it would be best to probably hire more people who can service a high demand service. I'm not sure if I want to book with them yet being that I would like to get the service sooner than 1-2 month wait, but their business is booming and kudos to them for having a nice IG page showcasing all their work. Update: I called and got a same day appointment, customer service was nice at the end of the day, seemed rushed tho, it's 45 min apt, gotta take their time, for me to feel super comfortable otherwise I went for my 2nd appointment at 10am and it's a little busy and a little rushed, just want to have a calm experience next time so I sent a concern email making sure I'm getting what I pay for a good experience. I absolutely love RB Day Spa and everyone on the team! I initially found them on Yelp and quickly understood how they live up to the hype. I had a bbl in January and spent about 3 months working with RB Day Spa for my full body post op massages. First off, I LOVE the online appointment system. I organize my personal schedule at nighttime before bed so the online appointment system made scheduling so easy for me. I also never had an issue getting an appt within the time frame I wanted. Whenever I had questions or needed assistance prior to an appt, my male friend at the front desk was always quick to answer and very friendly/helpful. So - business flow, organization, and efficiency here are a 10 out of 10! Now, the team...I've had massages done by Diana, Yessi, Miriam, and Gina. They're all FANTASTIC. They are very knowledgeable, not only on the massage techniques they implement, but also on the overall surgery post-op care. They all took the time to educate me and provide me with recommendations on how to support healthy healing and what to look out for (specific topics I normally wouldn't think about on my own). During my first few days. I had a tube-like drain sticking out and was spilling an immense amount of lymphatic fluid/blood. I was worried that the girls would be grossed out but they were professional and super sweet. I quickly became comfortable with them. Especially with Diana and Yessi (my besties), since 97% of my sessions were with them. They go above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable (especially pain-wise) but also don't half-ass things to make sure you get the most out of each session. During my last week, I had a bittersweet feeling knowing that my sessions were almost done & that I wouldn't be coming in regularly anymore. I truly enjoyed chopping it up with the girls and with my male friend at the front desk (who's name I can't remember at this specific moment). I absolutely love this place! I am a few months post-op and have been coming for my weekly massages religiously. I've had so many complications with my tummy tuck (hard internal scar tissue,inflammation etc) and they have always been extremely gentle yet diligent at the same time. They combine hand massages with wood therapy and some type of ultrasound therapy as well. The staff is super kind and all the ladies I've had massages with are good but my go to is GINA hands down the best she keeps my body lookin right. Highly recommend this spa. read more

Found this spot while I was working in LA and everytime I'm in LA, I try to get 3 days in back to back! All the girls are amazing! I started with Marian and was hooked. Then the next time I got her Mom and she got this one spot on my tummy that just wouldn't budge. I came back another time and got Daisy...OMG! The girl was under the weather but got some knots out and when I came back, she gave the BEST lymphatic drainage massage ever. It was the right pressure points and everything! They also give you some tea when you finish which is amazing! I also bought a faja there which I have to say is the best faja that I have. I bought another one directly through the vendor's website since I don't live in LA to purchase from RB. Everytime I'm back in LA, I will definitely be back for another massage! Pros: All the girls are great! You have to find one that gives you the right pressure that fits your needs. Cons: Getting a reservation can be difficult, but check online as spots do open. I've been coming here for my BBL post-op massages and just hit five weeks. This place is a gem! The ladies here are AMAZINGGGGG!!! I mostly go to Maria, have been to Gina and Paula as well and just got done seeing Mariam for the first time today. Everyone has always been absolutely phenomenal and I feel so much relief after a massage. My first couple weeks I was as swollen as a beached whale and LET ME TELL YOU. They had me peeing like crazy from the swelling leaving my body post my massages! IT WORKS. I started as a 2x faja and am now in an xs working towards a 2xs thanks to these wonderful and sweet ladies working their magic on me. The ambiance was off due to the loud music, it wasn't relaxing at all. Actually it was the opposite. The place didn't resemble a spa but more like a clinic where I didn't feel comfortable. Kind of like when your nurse asks you to take off your clothes before your md steps in the room, that's the feeling. Massage- she tried her best but I can tell that she's not the expert in Lymphatic massages which is what I needed. I give her credit for trying. I'll have to look elsewhere but this time I will ask to see a cert., Not sure if the staff is certified for lymphatic system. The appointment system works very well online. I will also try out other girls because Daisy said all the girls are great. The guy on the phone didn't come across very knowledgeable he was hesitant with his answers and asked me to go online and request an appointment. I jumped on the web while on the line with him to do so however the webpage is not very user friendly if you don't know what you're asking for which I didn't since I don't have any drainage. I was inquiring about massages his reply was did you get any work done outside the country? WTF I'm at the options section and just gave up so I asked if I can make an appointment over the phone he said no and gave me this sinking feeling like he was trying to get me off the phone.
