They pick up my girls and take them to doggy daycare and then I pick them up after work. Regarding my statement about what happens before your eyes that no-one can change ... After checking my front video camera, well, it also does not lie on it's videos and snapshots. As we could see my dog is NOT panting when she is taken out of my home on the questionable grooming day to your van to be groomed Furry Land. And she IS also Panting with her tongue hanging out when she is brought back to my front door which is a few short steps from your van. So to you and your groomer ~ the proof is in the pudding there. And to the owners added reply to the first reply on yelp regarding pricing discrepancy not being retaliation, guess that's why it was not ever brought up to me before my complaint that there was an issue. The appointment date you said was never changed, well, it quite frankly was by you because you had 2 new dogs/customers that you changed my appointment for.
