These women are home cleaning magicians! I have two dogs and two young boys so my house typically resembles a war zone, but after a Happy Home Services visit you'd never know it! The house looks and FEELS pristine, and it smells even better! I can practically see my reflection in my counter tops, and they get my stove looking practically brand new (and trust me.... I cook a lot and the stove is ancient)! I feel like each time I come home there's a new little thing - one more tiny attention to detail - that just pushes everything to the next level. The way they take an extra minute to stack throw pillows just the right way, or arrange my boys' stuffed animals on their beds, or put away the dishes I left in the draining board before running out the door that morning. I am so thrilled with the work done by HHS! Scheduling was easier than I had imagined, the owners are personable and very nice to talk to. Always on time and they leave my house smelling squeaky clean, which is refreshing knowing I have two bulldogs and a thirteen-year-old cat at home. My husband and I are new customers (September 2019) and we are so grateful for the hard work they do in our home. "Hats Off" to Happy Home Services. Over the past few years, I hired Happy Homes to clean my residences in Andover Twsp and Sparta. Then, just recently, I had them clean my new town-home in Sparta. The result was nothing short of spectacular! Bathroom fixtures, kitchen appliances and mirrors were sparkling. Not to mention, floors, furniture and counter-tops were spotless. Used Ricardo for the carpet cleaning service. Nice guy and did a great job. Used him for the area rug in our living room which had gotten beaten up from having a newborn constantly on it. Came in, vacuumed, cleaned it thoroughly and left instructions on the drying process. The scheduling process was fairly easy too. Handled via email and a phone call. Sent a text before coming over (really appreciate that). It came out beautifully. Fair price, great work. Couldn't be happier. What an amazing company they have my highest recommendation! I just had a baby and was adjusting to life with two kids feeling overwhelmed, and I couldn't keep up with the house work. I wrote this review earlier because despite a negative review written in 2011 I called Happy Home, had them clean my house, and both my wife and I are pleased with the work they did. The owner came to the empty house (our first home), and she told us about how long it would take and gave me the cost estimate. My wife knew the house was dirty, I didn't realize how dirty it was until I later when the Happy team had finished. These folks did a move-out cleaning of our house and there were several very challenging areas that were left over from when we had moved in. They were efficient, organized, communicated well, were the only ones to come in and do an on-site preview and estimate, and well worth what they charged. Rather than try to up-sell us on carpet cleaning, they said they were fine for now and look into doing it after all of the traffic of people looking at it to rent or buy is over and we have someone ready to move in. We have a big house, 6 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths so there is a lot of cleaning to be done. This service does a very thorough job. We have agreed to a two hour cleaning, to keep our costs down every other week. They manage in that time to do a great cleaning job, washing floors, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning the bathrooms. They work hard every time they visit us and leave my house smelling so good and looking good. My favorite room is the kitchen, the countertops, the sink and microwave are sparkling. read more

I have been using Happy Home Cleaning Services for fifteen years. As a busy professional I do not have the time to clean. I own 2 homes and HHS cleans both of them. The process is very simple and efficient. I leave a key for them and they are set up on a bi-weekly schedule. Billing and payment are done by email.
