Not only did Roberto change the time on me (from 9 am to noon) but then became unresponsive. Amazon got them on the phone and said they didnt show up because the maid left me a voicemail to confirm WHICH SHE DID NOT. i rarely leave bad reviews bit this one took the cake. i needed some services don't for my apartment and i asked them to come at 12:30pm today. they said okay and to fill out the form they sent me through a link via text. i filled out the form and guess what, they never showed up!!!!!!!!!!!!! i called these people 10 times and nobody answered! i did send an angry text and the only time they called back was for the guy called back and was cursing me out!!! never will i ever recommend even calling them!!!!!!!!!!!!!! UPDATE: I'm generally a respectful person, but I can be very disrespectful when a company that I'm supposed to pay for does not return your call after at least three times, doesn't at least notify you if they're going to be over 30 minutes late (I began calling at 12:30 to see if you guys were close, but you called back at 12:58 to exchange words with me), and when the owner calls back after 19-20x and the first words are "YO, DON'T YOU EVER ****ING SEND..." Guess what? I have a zero tolerance for poor customer service. You might wanna check your reviews from January 2017 (Something I should've done, I know), because apparently it's been nothing but 1-2 star reviews. I hired I Am Clean Services for a two-hour "deep cleaning". I took the day off of work to be there for the service. With my wife and I very busy people, and with my back problems, my home had become pretty grimy, especially the bathrooms and the kitchen. I decided to focus on those rooms only. The cleaning person from I Am Clean Services showed up and got to work. However, I did not get what I would call a "deep cleaning". The cleaning was nothing really more thorough than I could have done myself. Also, I had to point out a few things after the cleaning person said she was done: She did not move any of the small kitchen appliances on the counter tops (microwaves, toaster oven) to clean under them - I moved them to check and then asked her to do so. But the worst was the kitchen floor. She says she washed it with a mop, but it was still filthy, especially in the corners and under the trash can, which she had clearly not moved to clean under. I would have paid for more time if that was offered in order to actually do that "deep cleaning", but the cleaner did not offer it to me. I don't like to post negative reviews, so I emailed my experience, along with pictures of the dirty kitchen floor, to I Am Clean Services prior to posting this review. All they offered was a 30% discount on future services (although they did reply quickly). As far as I am concerned, that is not an acceptable resolution for a job poorly done. Why would I expect the next appointment to be any better? And besides, isn't the whole point of a "deep cleaning" to make normal cleaning possible in the future? Two stars for showing up and honoring the original price quote. I will not use I Am Clean Services again, and I cannot recommend them. read more

I used Rob's carpet cleaning service to get wall-to-wall carpets shampooed. Rob and his assistant were on time, responsible, professional and paid attention to detail. My dissatisfaction with this experience is partially my fault because I was somehow under the impression there were two people coming, and the option for an "extra cleaner" meant a third person. The one woman who showed up did a good job in the time I had allotted (3 hours for a deep clean); however the house was not really "deep cleaned" and she did not get to every room. I understand this is a "personalized service" where you choose what you get; however in my email to the company and in my quote I explained the size of the house and what I was looking for - I wish they had suggested that we would have needed more time or to get an extra cleaner. I did contact them afterwards, and they offered to come back for a regular cleaning for a discounted price; but I did not take them up on it. This was my first time hiring a cleaning service, so I really did not know what I was doing. If you know exactly what you need and the timeframe, they are great! They fit you in quickly and show up on time with their own supplies. read more
