This company is a horrible company to work for and if your looking to hire this company to clean your place of business I honestly suggest you do your research because there website represents a public image of their business that is significantly better than the reality of how there business operates and the way they clean My fiancee was employed by Medbrite. Her job description was to clean the following: Surgeons office (twice a week) Moxie - hair salon (once a week) Hand and Stone - massage parlor (once a week) I went to work with her because as an employees she was paid hourly but alloted a certain amount of time to complete each job whether its completed or not. We worked overtime on seperate ccasions and were not compensated for our time. Not only that but when my fiancee was hired her supervisor (Theresa) offered to pay her an additional $10.00 a week to clean the dirty rags. She was compensated three times and for the times not paid she was told by her supervisor (Theresa) they would compensate her on her next check which never happened. I want everyone to know Theresa is not only unprofessional but does not know or have the skills to be a supervisor. EXAMPLE My fiancee and I cleaned Hand and Stone on Sunday night. When we left there the place was spotless. Theresa sent my fiancee a text on Friday (5 days later) and told her that she (Theresa) received a phone call from the manager at Hand and Stone stating the following which was sent from Theresa via text message. My fiancee then said to Theresa if the place was not cleaned to there liking then hy didnt they contact you the following day (Monday). Theresa's response was as follows: Client wasn't talking about the condition of the facility TODAY. She was talking about the last 2 Monday mornings regardless of when she is calling. I doubt she was even using the rags I gave her since they said she was using their blue ones. I am w/ the company for so long cause I am RELIABLE, HONEST & HARDWORKING. I NEVER get complaints from my cleaning Cause care. I just want everyone to know not only does Theresa lie but no matter how hard an employee performs there job description it's not good enough for her and honestly after seeing her cleaning skills they are horrific.

It always seemed to start out well and then the quality of the service always seemed to deteriorate. The nature of our business requires cleanliness and sanitation. Our employees demand and expect it lol and I have no problem with that. The better image we project the better our sales. You can't fake a well oiled machine. Anyway it fell upon me when I was asked to go find a reputable legitimate maintenance company. I actually asked a doctor friend of mine from high school who he used and he didn't even know, his staff handled it. He did mention they were very happy with the company, they did great work. I asked him please find out who they are and please get back to me before I lose my sanity. Anyway he did and he told me it was a place in Mountainside NJ named MedBrite. This was going on two years ago and I never looked back. Finally I have a place that shows up as scheduled and makes this place shine. They clean places that I never thought were dirty with meticulous detail. I told the owner I was very happy with the service one time when she asked me how they were doing. I said I was going to write a Yelp review stating how good they were. I don't think she ever thought I would, but here it is. I hope MedBrite sees this. This week we had Janet and Sandy as the team and they did a wonderful job including in my daughter's room, which is always a challenge (baby dolls everywhere...so many baby dolls). The ladies were thorough and efficient. We regularly use this service in our three bedroom home that has two adults, one child, and three cats and they leave the home tidy and refreshed. Also- This is NOT a criticism as accidents happen but the handling deserves praise: several months ago with a different team, a cable in my husbands office was accidentally damaged during cleaning and the service was quick in their response remedy the error and it was handled professionally and quickly. Again, accidents happen, but the response was so professional and appreciated and we have never had an issue since. Would absolutely recommend! Especially if you have pets or kids :)

Rich in varied details of differing facets of their services, they reflected Jack's keen listening/reading sensitivities and laser responses. His precision is sniper accurate. I had been in crisis mode with my messy apartment for far too long and no time to clean it. I dreaded hiring anyone. After spending seven hours one recent Sunday cutting up cardboard boxes alone, I drew the line. I needed help. Hiring Best Maids was one of the best decisions of my life. Period. First, Jack the owner is true as water on a placid morning's pond. Whatever concern or variable or worry you throw his way in negotiations, they're reduced to brief ripples as he adjusts terms, massages in solutions and then returns to his essence like a mirrored pond returns to its placid clarity after a pebble shatters it briefly: he is as honest, centered and focused as an arrow. A jaw droppingly true fellow in a notorious hustler trade. Both our trades are. Not in thirty odd years have I had such a sterling experience negotiating. He even dispatched a third person on Day 1 - not to jack up the price but to ensure it got done in two days. My heart ached for their present hard working profession but it soared as I spent time lending a hand where I could. Open hearted souls who put in buckets of sweat equity. I could deluge you with the many, many positive details of their work and results but for me the brief tears of Vivian just before leaving said it all. She - as did we all - realized something special happened here over these two grueling days: they changed this stranger's life for the better. Amongst the torrent of incredible observations: as the ending of each day approached, they all kicked it into a HIGHER GEAR - not to catch up but to drive home perfection. Pride in their work.They went beyond and voluntarily. Jack and I are honest - I wasn't comfortable with their doing more than we'd agreed to - except when Anthony figured out why I was routinely tumbling out of bed due to a cracked bed-frame. He found a quick way to remedy it and that gave me my first great night's sleep I have had in eons. Effervescent Emily, in her mid-Twenties, took a number of colored pottery pots and put various plants I had that were in plastic original containers into the new pots and even put a moon valley pilea in a terracotta pot shaped like a wood nymph's face that I had buried somewhere. Art in everyday life. Quite Gaga - she was a fan. Many examples revealed themselves after they left leaving artistic flourishes. And Vivian cleaned my bathroom with savage grace and persistent diligence! She was stunned. We all were ! Nonstop excellence. I'll never forget these two days of wonder in brutal February!
