Not only did Adrian get back to me, but he was very nice on the phone and very informative. The price was reasonable and he even went the extra step to text me a picture of the bounce house I was requesting to make sure it's the one I wanted (since I was reading from the website, he wanted to be sure we were on the same page.) I contacted him the week my party to confirm everything and again the day before. Everything was good to go and he was great about getting back. I was told that on the day of the party, I should expect them anywhere from 2 -3 hours early. Adrian called me to let me know they were on the way, in the midst of party planning chaos, it was GREAT to get a heads up for that. The team had it up and ready so quickly I was kind of in shock. They told me that they would come around 8:30 PM to collect it but if we were done before that, just to let them know. After the party started to wind down, and I couldn't get my kids out of the bounce house, I gave them a call and said we were ready when they were. I was told that they would call me when they were on the way, and they did. And that was great because it gave me time to get my kids out and they could squeeze in "A few more minutes" before the team was actually here and they weren't standing around waiting for my kids. The bounce house was clean, it was fun, and I handed out a few cards to other parents who were looking for their own parties. I will definitely use them again.

They normally drop it off a day early or come get it the next day. It's great! They have the biggest selection here on the central coast fitting anyone's wants/needs. The bounce houses are always clean when we receive them and most of all the staff is nice. They are willing to help and go the extra mile to get the bounce house exactly where you want it. (We've had to change spots a few times) What I love most about CCPF is their willingness to give back to the community. That's HUGE. They are very involved in the high school around their area and a lot of the sporting events and holiday events in the community. We love them and will continue to use them until our boys or us adults grow out of the bounce houses.
