I proceeded to text and call and got no response until a few days later I got a message and all is said was "yes what time do we pick up chairs"? I just figured that maybe they were busy and hard to get ahold of. Well the wedding day approaches and I am getting ready and my fiancé is waiting at the venue for them to bring the chairs. 11:45 comes and nothing. 11:50 comes and nothing. Almost 12 comes and my fiancé decides to call and Danny (the owner) answers and my fiancé said it sounds like he was lounging in a rocking chair. Danny proceeds to switch his story a few times. First story he said he forgot about my event and second story was he had another event and was running behind and he wouldn't be able to get the chairs to the venue for another hour which is past the time the wedding was supposed to start. At this point my fiancé was panicking and we had to tell our wedding coordinator to delay the schedule by about 30 mins. When they finally showed up with the chairs Danny was no where to be found and it seems like he just pawned the o job off on a couple other people. No apology, no offer of a partial refund nothing.

Of course I went to Yelp for assistance! The owner returned my call within the hour and I shared what I needed: deliver 5 round tables, 5 white table linens, 2 banquet tables, and 40 chairs to the park in 4 days and then pick up at the end of the party. No problem. No deposit needed, just pay upon delivery. Unfortunately the party honoree, my dad, ended up spending his 80th birthday in the hospital. Party rescheduled. When I texted the owner to let him know, he was gracious and understanding. I will definitely call them when I need party rentals in the future.
