We absolutely love CCPF!!! They are always our go-to when needing a bounce house. With 5 boys we need them often. Their prices are great and it's not just a 1 day rental. They normally drop it off a day early or come get it the next day. It's great! They have the biggest selection here on the central coast fitting anyone's wants/needs. The bounce houses are always clean when we receive them and most of all the staff is nice. They are willing to help and go the extra mile to get the bounce house exactly where you want it. (We've had to change spots a few times) What I love most about CCPF is their willingness to give back to the community. That's HUGE. They are very involved in the high school around their area and a lot of the sporting events and holiday events in the community. I procrastinated booking a unicorn bounce house for my daughter's birthday party with Central Coast Party Factory. I found out 2 days before the party that the Saturday I needed was fully booked. I posted my troubles to a local Facebook page and the owner Ty Ortiz called me and said he would look in stock to see if he could help. The unicorn bounce house combo was definitely booked but he found me a multi-colored bounce house combo slide with hoop and threw in a huge unicorn banner for it. My daughter said it was "the best bounce house ever!". A big thank you to Ty and his team for pulling together everything last minute for an overwhelmed underprepped momma. These guys are great. I've rented bounce houses with slides from them three times already (two birthdays and over thanksgiving). They are prompt with drop-offs and flexible with pickups and their selection of slides/bounce houses has made catering the different events easy. The last time they dropped off the owner informed me that they are getting a new wet/dry bounce house and slide and we are very excited to try it out this summer! I tried to contact the central coast party factory multiple by phone after having received one response via email. After getting no response over multiple calls I emailed again to let the owner know I will be going else where if I cannot get through. Finally I was put in contact with one of the employees, Jason, who was great. Jason was helpful and polite. I arranged with Jason a month in advance for a bounce house and table/ chairs for the Saturday after thanksgiving. Days leading up to the event Jason told me the bounce house wouldn't be able to happen because the expected rain - which is completely understandable. However I still needed the two tables and 20 chairs as the festivities would have to be moved inside. Because of the $100 minimum i paid $100 for the chairs and 2 tables - again not a big deal, they need to make it worth their while. The pick up and delivery with Jason was great - he was quick and prompt. My only complaint is the trouble getting ahold of anyone at this company. The contact number on the website must be for Ty, the owner who is obviously too busy to answer the phone - I would suggest creating the contact number for someone who is available. Lastly, the chairs were dirty. I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the tables and chairs. Overall, I would use again as a last resort. read more

We went with another local company a year ago and it was ALL BAD! Glad I got this referral from a friend! FOLLOW UP! I can't say enough positive stuff! The cleanliness alone! They sanitize at set up and take down!! SOOOO CLEAN! I love it! And we weren't real sure if the area we had our party would have power so I just paid fir the generator. Well the power worked fine but I didn't even think about it. And without even asking the guys that came to take it down gave me the $ on the spot for the generator that wasn't used! My family and I went to Grover Beach concert in the park. My 7 year old (autistic) was told to get out of the bounce houses for not waiting his turn. Of course I explained the situation with him and the employee was still rude about the fact "he isnt listening." For those of you with special need children I wouldnt recommend this company. We had a great experience with Central Coast Party Factory! We rented two bouncers (the Carousel Bounce House and the Extreme Bounce House and Slide Combo) for our church's Harvest Carnival. Both were in great shape, clean and a ton of fun! The Carousel was great for smaller kids and had plenty of room to play in, while the Extreme Combo was perfect for bigger kids to satisfy their thrill seeking. In fact, when the Obstacle Course (which attaches to the Extreme Slide) suddenly became available, Ty upgraded us for free, so it made the experience even better. The guys that came and set it up were friendly and professional. They provided generators, so we wouldn't have to worry about blowing a circuit in our small church.
