Apparently if your design doesn't meet what they want to do, they are not interested. I would never go back or recommend the arrogance I encountered in this shop.

A friend and I went together and got two separate designs, and we love how they turned out. The man who did our tattoos- Mike, I think- was awesome and super kind. We were third in line as walk-ins and were helped within the hour. Once started, the tattooing itself was very fast, but you wouldn't be able to tell by looking at the final product. Although fortunately our wait was short, the hairdressers and barbers there were quick and efficient, not to mention curtious. One of the barbers approached us and asked if we were thirsty and handed me a free water bottle. My best friend is really picky about his hair and has been a loyal customer there for 5 years. The business is inviting, clean and multi-faceted with various boutiques under one roof. I'm 73 years old and got my tattoo from Tonya. Due to some medical problems I had to reschedule/cancel my appointment. She went out of her way to assist me and even returned my deposit due to it being medical problems. A few days later, the medical problem resolved, we were able to set up another appointment. She was patient, took her time, and produced an outstanding Hawaiian tattoo for me. It is an excellent work of art that I'm happy to recommend to anyone. She was willing to work with me on size, price but never varied on quality.
