Instead of pushing back my cuticles he hacked away at then creating a lot of tears in the skin despite me asking him not to. I understand cutting away a hangnail but creating hangnails and cuticle tears because the technique is wrong is unacceptable. In addition to the quality and technique of service being bad he watched an iPad the whole time and the girl next to him was eating at her nail station.
