I usually don't like to write bad reviews, but I guess I will need to this time just so others can be aware. First time there (and last time!). I made an appointment for 3pm for a gel refill and French manicure. Well, I ended up being rushed at 3:35pm by the guy who started doing my nails and then someone else took over, even though he was supposed to do my French manicure. I had to stop him at the first nail because it was already very thick, and he kept looking at me as if I were crazy when I asked him to make it thinner. So I said that's fine, no French, just leave them. Looking at them now, they are all messed up (I hate the shape), you can see the other refill on the bottom and on top of that, I'm not sure if he used gel or acrylic. read more

Johnny did an AMAZING job on my pedicure! He was so thorough with everything; cuticles, massage, shaping, etc. was all done with care. All tools used on me were sterile, they were all wrapped up in sterile packaging which made me feel great about the service before it even started. The salon was calm and quiet, with nice soft music playing. Everyone was very kind and welcoming. I was a little skeptical at first because of some negative reviews, but I am so glad I came here! To be fair, the technicians are skilled (well, the two I used) but their color selection and availability is not good. I spent 30 minutes waiting -- which isn't horrible for a walk in. But it was 11:30 am on a Tuesday. There were techs sitting on their phones and making personal calls while I just sat and sorted through their basic and outdated colors. They didn't have any colors that are new or popular. Nobody helped me find a color that was remotely close. Finally I was sat with Andy (who does a great job on nail shape) but the dirty foot pads from the last customer were left at my feet. They said they had a matte top coat but at the end of my fill, I was told they actually didn't have any because they "ran out". If I go back, I will only see Donny for pedicures and Andy for acrylic and I'll be taking my own colors. read more

This nail salon has terrible customer service. Very rude receptionist, they treat customers like cattle. The quality is very poor. Basic nail fills and they leave sharp edges and don't do cuticles. The owner is very mean to customers. She even said they better pick a color before they sit down because we are a waste her time. It definitely doesn't make you feel relaxed. I came to this place before and got charged $55 for fill and gel colors! She was awesome, I come back in two weeks and got a different tech to do the same exact service and wanted to charge me nearly $80 that's bulls! I told him I have my receipt from the last time I came and it was way less then what he wanted and he said well that's what I charg. everybody is different with an assh*** attitude. I was in sorry shape when I hit Ocala. Now that Covid restrictions have been lifted, I'm traveling for work all the time! That means getting in with my normal nail tech is hard! I am super picky about my nails- I do quite a lot of presentations and need to have "just the right" shade of off white and just the right amount of French tip on the American gel manicure. Very clean and sanitary establishment. My nails have never looked so good. I love how they use liners in the foot spas and all items used on your feet are used only once. All nail techs are good and will do whatever picture you show them within reason. read more

Not to mention the up charges, we had an appointment for 4 pedicures, ended up only coming with 3 of us because one girl couldn't make it. One got started with the pedicure. Me and the other woman sit with our feet in the nice warm water. 30 minutes go by, and they are finished with the 1st girl and 15 more minutes go by and still nobody, so we decided to leave. I got my toes just painted instead, no pedicure, which still cost me $15 . The water was cold, after 45 minutes of waiting with our feet in water. Sad to say I won't be coming back... also the girl that did get a pedicure, it was very rushed. Take this as you will, but very bad experience. read more

The young lady Myra, who done my nails was very sweet. However, after 5 days started to turn white around edges and after 7 days my nails started to peel and flake around all the sides. I was told they would last the minimum of 2 weeks because it's gel. I showed someone at work and they couldn't believe it and asked if I picked at them. I'm not going to spend close to $80 and pick at my nails. Very very disappointed what a waste of money! However, my daughters nails was done by someone else and has lasted so maybe it was the gel/polish/product used on my nails. :( read more

I went in as a walk-in, I first asked if it would be long wait before I signed in, they said no. So I sat there and waited for 15 minutes and finally I went back to table 10 where the rudest man I ever met in my life took me. His name was Danny , so I told Danny what I wanted and right away he says no you can't do that!! Very hatefully! I told him that ever other nail person was able to do what I asked. It's how I always get my nails(so yes it can). So he rudely says so what do you want me to do, at this point I said I don't know, I guess pink and white( which isn't my favorite) ok fine I'm getting pink and white because he refuse to do purple tips with glitter like I always get!! He acted mad at me and didn't speak to me, when he was brushing powder off my nails he was hitting my nails, so hard he dropped his brush and picked it up off floor and started using it on me without sanitizing. This man is so mean I will never go back because when I walked out door I was crying .. not happy nails, I was sad nails. My man was going to go in and talk to him but I said no!! Nail tech was Kathy. She was absolutely unprofessional and rude. She cut my skin and cuticle with the drill and then filed my nails cutting my skin. She got polish all over my nails and instead of cleaning with nail polish remover she filed off the polish directly off my skin with the nail file.my skin is cut everywhere. No procedures of an actual manicure was followed. She was super rough and rude, i kept telling her what was wrong with her but she kept saying just stay still or said I'm not done yet! The person Myra who did my pedi was AMAZING and the only reason for 2 stars. My gel set is uneven. Was told they are under staffed and busy and that's why I waited almost an hour for my gel set even with an appointment. The person doing my gel set rushed through it and my only relaxing day as a single mom turned into a night mare. Was uncomfortable and for my first gel set it doesn't look great. Polish on my hands and she complained the whole time and acted annoyed that I was there. Will not be back nor will any of my friends that asked for a recommendation about this nail salon. They pass me around after the original appointment person finishes my feet then she has me go to the hand finger nail area & I have 1-2 people not my appt. person finish.
