For a place that's called "Happy Nails", i'm not too happy with my nails. My acrylics are bumpy like the potholes of Lebanon PA. Everyone is on different levels, i have bulbous bubble nails. I also asked for medium, i got nail bed short. They were very nice but definitely not that good. They also struggle with designs. Yesterday Saturday October 25th I went to this salon for the first time to get a pedicure & a short acrylic full set with white gel, before calling I called to confirm the prices, they told me $85 total if it was with gel on the feet it was also extra & they gave me the price (I don't remember), to which I said perfect I'll go there now. Since I had called several salons before to see if there was availability, when I got to another wrong place, I called them again & asked if they are the ones on such a side that I missed that the price they gave me was such and such & there they told me that I should go because it depends on the shape I'm going to get etc. to which I said again ok well I want them like that single color red or white without a shape & they told me $55 and up, ok I told them I'm on the other side in the other salon, I'm going over there & I went. When I arrive, I introduce myself, tell them I want them to feel good about me, the pedicure and the person were excellent. But when they come to me with the hands, it was terrible. It took two hours to do this full set. Look how it ended up. I arrived at 10:00 and left at 1:00. That's $90 lost on this visit. I won't be back. read more

This was my first time at Happy Nails Studio 2. I got a set of gel acrylics, and I love them so much! I was able to show her a photo for reference of what I wanted and she nailed it. (No pun intended.) Staff was kind, friendly, and efficient. I recommend this salon, its my favorite in the area so far :) P.S.: I will update how long they last, as I have heard some things from others about nails falling off fast when getting them done at this location. read more

They were rude as hell, got a pedicure and my husband got a toe nail cut down. I asked if they could clean under my husbands toenails with the cut down for an additional fee and they said he either had to get a pedicure or no. Wth is that ? Never heard of that before. Then before they started on my husbands nails, they joked at who would be "punished" to deal with my husbands feet (which are not dirty or anything). My toe nails were crooked as hell too and the tables are really Dirty. Never coming again and we JUST moved to the area. read more

I got a pedicure here 4 weeks ago, it was the most painful pedicure I have ever gotten. The lady dug in my big toe in my cuticles. A week after, I ended up with an infection. I still have an infection in my big toe. I'm on antibiotics now and I have to see a podiatrist. It appears they nicked me and their tools were not sterilized. Now It's hard to walk and my toe is severely infected. Sharing because I do not want someone else to get an infection from here. read more

Spent literally an hour waiting before they decided to tell me they weren't taking walk in's? Every time I've gone it's always a problem

Realistically I wish I could give this 0 stars. I have come here since the salon opened many years ago under Lisa. Within the last 1 year, Lisa has given management to someone else with a whole new staff that is complete SHIT to say the least. Every time I come in here is another problem. Pedicures? I ask them NOT to cut my toes every time but guess what they do? CUT EM. I tell them then that they're crooked and uneven and they all come look and act like I'm insane. Whatever so she tries to fix it and it ends up being more crooked and by this point I have no more toe nail to work with because we are down to the nail bed. I chose the same gel color every time I come in here yet every girl brings a different color that is NOT the assigned color on their samples. I'm tired of wasting my money in this shit hole for the worst service around but jokes on me I guess because I kept coming back thinking they'd change. Manicures? Lol 10X worse. I was smart enough to at least stop getting those here. 0/10 don't recommend to ANYONE. read more

I've only been once since they opened this shop and by the reviews it's clear they're having some new owner challenges. Probably one of the worst pedicures i've ever had. Got there at 11:15 for an 11:15 appointment and they weren't open...came out 5 minutes later once there was a line outside. I got a gel pedicure. My nails were super crooked and they didn't get any of the ingrown nails out. The gel was all over my skin and not all the way down to the cuticle. Will never be back. read more

I went in as a walk in client asked if they are accepting walks in was told by a male receptionist yes. I was taken less than 5mins. I specifically told the technician not to wash her dirty instruments in the same water as my feet she did it anyway ,I also showed her a big hole I. The plastic Barrier with accumulating grime and said this is not sanitized when I asked her why she doesn't listen to the client, another female employee said she was the owner and I can leave or they will call the cops. I told them to do so by all means. I was then approached by the male receptionist who asked what happened I explained he said that's how they do business with everyone but that's not so. All the caucasian females in that salon got a completely different service than I did there feet and upper leg was massage not me when I brought that up the male got belligerent and threatened me with the cops again, I again said do so by all means. I asked a second time for the name of the owner they all refused. Horrible place, Horrible service, this place should be closed down for unprofessionalism, racial bias, and all around bad service. read more

This was one of the best shops to go to for nails, feet, and waxing, in my opinion, but now the shop is barely ever open. They open & close the shop whenever they want to now, not following by the hours of operation they have posted on the door of the shop & on Google, apparently because the owner & workers have another business their working on. I'd hate to break it to you but as a shop that supplies a service for a fee & allows "walk-in" most of your business will come from walk-ins, and if you're going to continues to close 2-3 hours earlier than the original closing time then you should maybe change your hours of operation so customers don't waste their time, and energy. And when you try to set up an appointment half of the time you can't get anyone to answer the phone or they've still decided to close early "due to slow service" even when you had an appointment scheduled. It's utterly ridiculous. If service is slow well that's kinda what you sign up for as a nail salon that accepts WALK-IN. The more time they spend on working two businesses, trying to make more money, the less effort their going to put in to this nail salon, less quality of service, which in return only means less customers because which equals less revenue for this salon in the long run...as a consumer we'll just go find another decent nail salon to give our money to. read more

This place is a gem! My nail tech Lisa was super sweet and patient. Her work on my gel nails were so meticulous...I didn't feel rushed at all and I am in love! This place offers so many nail colors from regular to gel and is so luxurious and clean. Ask for Lisa and guarantee you will not be disappointed. read more
