I wont mention who we had do our pedicures but if you want to book here only book with a specific person mentioned on google & yelp who does a good job. As for the pedicures the polish job was sloppy. My nails and cuticles weren't filed evenly or trimmed enough. My friend wasnt worked on at the same time as me. Her pedicures also was bad and very rushed. The tech cut her cuticle and made her bleed. Not to mention trying to upsell her on other nail services when a basic pedicure cant be done. BEWARE

The nail salon is also decorated very nicely and I absolutely adore the lights that they have and I need to get some for my home! Easy to book an appointment, massage chairs, while you're waiting, and overall just really great results for a great price! Unless you're a "frequent flyer" and getting the most expensive nail art acrylic/dips/gel....you will be put with the novice nail tech. Customers are prompted to wash their hands as soon as they step into the door (not a problem). The girl that greeted me directed me to the book with the nail color options. I just wanted a regular mani/ pedi; no gel or acrylic because I didn't want to ruin my natural nails. I was seated in a pedi chair and a different, younger girl took the stool to do my nails. After being seated, I should've known that the pedicure was going to be bad when the "host" had to inform the girl how to use the timer to keep track of how long she would be doing the work. My nails weren't really long but I wouldn't have mind if they were slightly shorter. After pushing the cuticles back and trimming, she attempted to cut my nails with the cuticle trimmer. I honestly think I was the first person this girl has ever given a pedicure to. I'm already half way into the pedicure, and the other workers are directing her where to get the hot towels, what lotion she needs to use, how to scoop out the sugar scrub, etc Fast forward to the polish; she proceeds to use the foam toe pads and applying the base coat BEFORE placing my flip flops back on. I stopped her when she got the colored polish and asked if she could place my flip flops on. She stopped, grabbed my flip flops but needed to get a towel to dry off my shoes because she got them wet from the pedicure hose getting them wet. ( I was unaware that my shoes were even wet until that point). After my toes were painted, I was directed to the manicure station. I informed her I'm just getting a pedicure and would like to pay. The main lady came and apologized and stated that she would have someone else do my nails. No! I expected my nails to be done correctly the first time by a person who knows how to do nails. I tried this place out the first time the other day for an acrylic fill. The service was nice and the workers were exceptionally friendly. The woman doing my nails was very sweet. However, the process seemed pretty rushed!! Took only about 30-40 mins once It was my turn. After applying a new acrylic coat, the nail technician did not push the sides of my skin down before the acrylic dried, so it stuck to my skin and burned pretty bad from the quick friction while she was filing and shaping them. I'm not satisfied with the end result either... the shape (coffin) itself is decent but the paint job especially is very messy... access acrylic that wasn't shaven down didn't look neat. I've noticed a lot of good reviews about this salon, but from my own personal experience, I've had much better and more satisfying experiences with various other salons.
