Visited for the first time today and the experience was overall a good one. The prices are very reasonable for pedicures, the shop is clean, and the treatment was thorough and nice. My basic pedicure included a salt water soak, a salt scrub, a hot towel, lotion/massage, and polish. I like the way my toes look and my feet feel. So why a 4-star review then? After reading other Yelp and Google reviews, I called this morning to get an appointment since I did not want to wait as a walk-in. I was told 12:15pm, and then 12pm. I repeated this back and the man on the phone confirmed the time twice before I hung up. When I arrived a few minutes before 12, I was told my time was actually for 12:45. I know I did not make an error on this, and I wish he'd just said they made a mistake instead of insisting that's the time he told me over the phone; it was not. During my appointment, two other women came in for pedicures; one woman arrived soon after I did and said she had an appointment, but her treatment wasn't even started by the time I left. So that's challenging if you have a schedule to stick to. Overall, good treatment, clean shop, iffy time management. read more

We just got standard pedicures here, but what really set them apart IMO was the care they showed my daughters (8, 7, and 5). They were SO patient and accommodating with them, and even repainted their little toenails every time they got smudged. They gave them free Capri Suns and bottles of water whenever they got thirsty, and were just so kind and friendly. My pedicure turned out great as well. We will definitely be back! read more

Such a cute place! My friend and I walked in and got 2 pedicures with no wait on a Saturday!! Everyone was so nice and knowledgeable. They did an amazing job on our toes and the prices were very reasonable. Just an FYI, they no longer take credit cards but they have an atm with only. .25 cent fee. I walked in for a pedicure in the late afternoon and was pleasantly surprised they weren't too busy to fit me in, although it did fill up a bit later. The basic pedicure was good, comparable to ones I've had at other places. The technician was very pleasant and professional, and made sure to ask about my preferences before starting. Went in today for an appointment scheduled at 3 after my sister highly recommended Hannah. Staff was very nice. One male started the water for my pedicure and got me seated while she finished up. She doesn't speak very much English but she is great at what she does. THEY DO NOT TAKE CARDS ONLY CASH. But they do have an atm on site for a small $0.25 charge. I got a French gel mani /gel pedi. I paid $75 for both and I'm extremely satisfied with the results. I've lived in Lebanon for a really long time and just always seemed to drive past this place. I made an appointment for my friend and I so that we wouldn't have to wait. We got there on time, the shop wasn't very busy and they took care of us right way. Everyone greeted us and was very friendly throughout our transaction. My friend had a few questions and they promptly answered and seemed happy to help. I'm still a little new to getting my nail done regularly. Hannah was my nail technician. I had a gel color soak off and a mani with a new gel color applied. I prefer when Techs use the electric sander over a nail file to remove the old gel color, the file caught my skin a few times, ouch (but next time I'll ask to request the way I prefer). She was very thorough in doing my manicure and did a very nice job. When she started to apply the new gel polish the next client had checked in for her appointment and had requested Hannah. The next client was very pushy about having to wait and kept glaring over at us. I felt that because of this Hannah may have rushed through the rest of painting my nails. She did a good job but I found a few small mess-ups that I think would have been caught if she wasn't rushing for the next client. Overall I'd say a 50/50 experience. read more
