If you need a mani-pedi or need nails you have to come here. I've been coming for years and each time I get great fast service, quality of work is amazing, the staff knows us and treats us so great. There hasn't been a single complaint or issue on my and my daughters part. We leave extremely satisfied. The prices are reasonable. The place is clean. The staff don't pressure you for a tip like the place on Hewitt drive. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing. The women who does waxing do a great job and remember how you like it done. They are very racist I had asked them what shape was it on the card that they showed me and they said that it was coffin nails and she was doing my nails and I was like oh I want coffin nails her and the owner started talkin and they kept saying "coffin nails coffin nails" so I know they were talking about me and you can tell that they are very ignorant and racist to black Americans. Like damn you can barely speak English but you want to be racist and also how are you supposed to have customers and do their nails but you're talking about them in their face. read more

Let me start by saying service is 5stars!! The only reason I give lower is facility & the fact some items aren't sanitized after every use. The lady that did my pedi was very kind. It was the deluxe $45 & took over an hour. (I like my pedis to take a long time) My feet hurt so bad after a long day of working but when I left they felt much better. You won't find anything super fancy here but you will get great service. Absolutely worth a try. read more

Just went to happy nails for the first time today, overall it was a good experience. I went in for a well over do pedicure and you cant beat the price. I only have to wait about 5 minutes and the lady was quick and polished well. I didnt give 5 stars because they didnt take the tools out of a new package but still got 4 stars because it was only $25. read more

The reason I give this place the amount of stars that I did, is because of how kind the techs are. They're so gentle with your hands and listen so well to what you want! I got a manicure here and showed my nail tech what I wanted and the shape I wanted, and they turned out amazing. Unfortunately, Happy Nails will never get 5 stars from me because they used, what I believe to be, MMA products. MMA products are way cheaper, so I don't blame them, but they're illegal to use. The acrylics are honestly the biggest hassle to take off because of how MMA bonds to the real nail. I'm not sure if I will be coming here again any time soon. read more

The only good thing about this place was that they were open on Labor Day when I was in town for a trip. They don't seem to sterilize their utensils like many other places do. The woman who did my manicure didn't even cover my nails completely in base coat, luckily I spotted that right away and asked her to do another coat. The hand massage was weak and she applied WAY too much lotion. I got what I paid for, which is about half of what I normally do in Dallas for the same treatment. read more

I was glad to encounter a nail salon that was reasonably priced and efficient. My technician was quick without cutting corners and did a great job on my nails. I got a manicure and pedicure and was pleased with the results of both. My only wish was for a little longer massage of both my hands and feet but oh well the workmanship made up for it. read more

Not so great. I went there because it was late, they were open, and it was cheap. My first sign should have been when I called and the guy told me "I can't really explain what is included in a pedicure". I went anyway and had a not-so relaxing time. First off, when I got there, the pedicure tub was already full. The water was ice cold. Instead of draining it and giving me fresh hot water, I had lukewarm water the entire time. The guy reeked of cigarettes and they were not very friendly. He also kept coughing without covering his mouth and the pedicure was extremely short. The massage chairs are on their last leg, and not all that relaxing. They are NO WHERE near up to par with Nails of America. Go there and avoid this place. read more

Worst place to ever get your mails done! I'm only rating it a one star because there's no other option. I was the only customer in the nail salon but the lady still rushed on my nails and caught an attitude when she put the wrong color on my nails! My nails started to droop and I made sure she was aware but she only ignored me. None of my nails are straight and they're all too thin, i managed to break one within two hours. And she got the gel all on my cuticles! On top of that, I paid $46 for a bad job. Do not go to this nail shop even if they are the only ones open or your cheapest option! read more

I liked there work & they have nice skills, but they do not sterilize their instruments, that is just not good practice these days. When it came time to pay, they ripped me off! The sign states Mani-Pedi $35.00 I got french on both for an additional $5.00 each, therefore it should have cost me $45.00. My daughter got the same thing & I paid for both. They charged my card $140.00! I was getting the cash tip out of my wallet, signed for the card & not paying much attention. We got in my car & I stated to my daughter that I didn't think I have ever paid that much before. As I was about to walk back in the shop, one of the men came rushing out to prevent me from going inside. He said "Oh lady, we charged you the correct amount". I argued but to no avail. I left paying $50.00 to much (not counting the cash time). I will never go back! I will never recommend this place to anyone! They use their "pretend" lack of the english language to scam people.
