This is truly a hidden gem in Waco! This was my first time here and I was not disappointed! Mimi did my pedicure and manicure. She had a very calming presence and was super sweet! Thank you for such great service, Mimi! I had a very rough week and this was just what I needed to raise my spirits and make me feel refreshed and pampered. Honestly, the most calming atmosphere I have ever been in for a nail salon. Very clean and doesn't even smell like a typical nail salon. Plus, I love the calming music that plays in the background. I love this place! It's a cute little family owned nail shop nestled in a quiet business park in Woodway. It can be difficult to locate at first, but they were very responsive and helpful when I called to ask for directions. Both JJ and his wife are some of the sweetest people in Waco and they do such an excellent job! They are by appointment only, which is really nice because you know you will be seen on time and not have to wait for someone to get to you. Given the 5 star reviews I read, I had high expectations for this spa. To say I was blown away would be an understatement. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, & clean. The conversation with Mimi was delightful. It is the first nail salon I've been to that does NOT smell like chemicals. Oh, & my nails look AMAZING! This is a peaceful & tranquil place for your nail needs. As soon as we walked in, it felt that way. We had mani's & pedi's, this was not a rushed job like other places & JJ & Mimi did a great job! JJ is the best! I'm super picky about my dipped, perfectly-coffin-shaped nails and he gets them right every time! He definitely has an eye for what he does and is very detail oriented.
