Every day she took him out and sent an update with some cute pics. She made sure he got exercise, went potty and got water and his usual treats when they returned. I feel like the amount of exercise and attention he got was much healthier for him than being alone all day by himself sleeping. Definitely recommend this for anyone who has to leave their dog home for an extended period of time.

I've known about Paw Joggers for awhile, but they didn't service Mt. Adams. They've since added on a new "jogger" who is able to service my neighborhood. Paw Joggers is owned by a lovely woman named Billie, whose husband is a Cincinnati K9 officer! Billie and her team are super reliable and professional. After initially contacting them, they'll come to your house for a free Meet & Greet so they can meet your dog(s), go through paperwork and learn about your residence (keys, breaker box location, anything else they might need to know). You can either use the online scheduling tool or email Billie to request service. My walker uses a smartphone app called "Run Keeper" that will send me an email when she's done walking my dogs and shows me a map of the walk or job, the time, distance, average pace, etc. She also will text me a picture of my pups, and give me the details on their walk (#1s and #2 reports). If you are lucky, they might even post pictures of your dog on their Facebook page, which is always fun to see. Basically, I love them, they love my dogs and they provide me with excellent service. What more could I ask for?

Fraudulent billing practices. Absolutely do not recommend…read more This was one of the most dishonest and upsetting experiences I have ever had with a veterinary clinic. I brought my cat in for surgery and was given an estimate of around $900. Based on that estimate, I signed the paperwork so they could move forward. After the surgery was done, I was suddenly presented with a bill for over $3,000. At no point before the procedure or during the surgery did anyone tell me the cost was going to increase anywhere close to that amount. There was no phone call, no update, and no attempt to get my approval for these additional charges. The only time they communicated clearly was when they wanted payment. When I explained that my budget was $2,000 and that the final bill was far beyond what I had agreed to, instead of trying to work with me or explain things in a professional way, they threatened to call the police. After the fact, they tried to hide behind a tiny line in the paperwork saying the final price could vary depending on the actual procedure. That was never properly explained before surgery, and it certainly does not justify charging more than three times the original estimate without any real communication. This felt incredibly misleading, predatory, and unprofessional. When people bring their pets in for surgery, they are already stressed and vulnerable. A clinic should be transparent about costs, communicate clearly about major changes, and get approval before adding thousands of dollars in charges. If you care about honesty, transparency, and basic respect as a customer, stay away from this place. Absolutely do not recommend.

The techs are also sweet and very caring towards our dog. All staff has been nothing but friendly, helpful, and thorough when it comes to the health and well-being of our dog. It is easy to get an appointment here or at their other location and at Rover the Rhine, they also have weekend hours. The only downside we've run into (and hence 4 and not 5 stars) is that our dog has gotten older and to get her medication anywhere outside of their preferred (usually more pricey) pharmacy is impossible. You can get a written Rx but no online pet pharmacy will take it because it's not faxed from the office (note: you can mail it in but if the script isn't given weeks in advance you run the risk of your dog going without medication for some time). They also refuse to call in the Rx so it's slightly annoying. Thus, if you are one who likes price shopping for your pet's medications, taking your pet here for care is not an option if you choose to use their vet services. It's really unfortunate because we love going here but since we suspect our pet will need more meds as she gets older, we might have to reconsider our options.

My pomsky puppy has had several appointments so far to get all of his puppy vaccines, neutering and microchipping. The staff has always been very kind and responsive to any questions/concerns I had. Cost of services is consistent with industry standards and they take the appropriate safety precautions such as performing bloodwork to ensure your pet is safe to undergo anesthesia. That option isn't always provided at all clinics which is very concerning. I would recommend them to others and plan to have them continue to provide excellent care to my pup in the future!

Upon my return, she had left a daily 'log' of record of the care she was giving my cats, plus her notes. Muriel is trustworthy, friendly, kind, and genuinely loves the pets she cares for. Jeremy, the manager, refused to waive the late cancellation fee of $75 even with the obvious unavoidable and unforeseen circumstances.
