I know all the staff personally and they are all wonderful people. My dog is not only happy to go there but comes back looking absolutely perfect every time and to add he is white and come home even more white.I LOVE WAGSMORE and am grateful to be a client and would give them a 10 if I could, but a very well respected establishment is hard to get into in a couple of days for just those reasons. After a rather traumatic first experience at another groomer's, I was really nervous to take my 4…read morelb. Chihuahua mix, Havarti, to get groomed again. She was only about 10 months old and had a lot of separation anxiety; after our first experience at another groomer's, she shook like a leaf, didn't play, and didn't eat for 24 hours. I was very tentative when I took her to the Grooming Studio, but the interior was beautiful and the atmosphere was much more welcoming and up-scale from the last groomer we had been to. They began by soothing Havarti: petting her gently and offering her treats. They used her name and treated her like I would. They're always busy here, but it's never a 'hectic' mood, which is important because animals are so sensitive to that. When I came back to get Havarti, she was sparkling clean and all the hair was out of her eyes. She even had a cute little bandana tied around her (they always do a bandana or bow). Her tail was wagging when she saw me, and she was her normal self. I don't know whether it was the environment, less noise, or the fantastic staff, but some aspect of the Grooming Studio completely shifted my nervous little puppy's grooming experience. They also sell beautiful collars and you can bring your own pet shampoo in if you are particular. I will always take her back here!

His white coat was pure white and incredibly soft. Although he jumped around excitedly when I picked him up, it was obvious he had enjoyed his stay. She came straight home after the appointment and has not been outside or been around any dogs since her time at your grooming salon. I live in a condo, she is pee pad and astroturf trained, and treadmill trained. All of her shots are up to date. She was rushed to the emergency vet on March 31st with a diagnosis of kennel cough / rhinitis / reverse sneeze. The only place she has been where she has access to other dogs or where other dogs have been is at petsmart emerald hills location. I contacted the store yesterday and spoke to the assistant manager who said he would speak with the salon manager who was off yesterday and someone would get back to me today. As of the writing of this, no one from the emerald hills location has contacted me today. I wanted to bring to bring this to your attention because as a long time loyal customer of petsmart in general and for the past couple of years the emerald hills grooming salon I felt it was imperative to let the company know this happened to my tiny 8 lb dog at your establishment and to ensure someone checks into this and why it happened so another dog and their owner does not go through the experience my dog and my fiance and I have gone thru since this very upsetting and very expensive diagnosis. It has been an eye opening costly endeavor for sure! A grand total of $341.20 was unnecessarily spent on vets and medications to help my chihuahua get back to her normal healthy self. Sadly, after 6 months we had to have our dog put down (both his age and condition necessitated this final situation). The process they have when you have to have a pet euthanized was exceptional and The vet. (Dr.Tara) and the Lead Tech (Samantha) were extremely helpful as we put our dog down. I was most impressed with everyone in the office as we went through this difficult process. Every time I was in the office everyone I dealt with was very helpful, friendly, and kind. Highly recommend this clinic.

Dr Iqbal and his staff are fabulous. From the moment we walked in with Gunner (3 year old boxer pup) we knew we would be treated with care and respect. Dr Iqbal is an amazing vet, so understandable, caring and personable. A true professional. Gunner has always loved going to the vets clinics. He loves the attention, the care and of course, the treats. Whose pup does not love the treats, especially the dry liver ones. It is Gunner's 3rd birthday as I write this review. With Dr Iqbal's help and the help of the entire team we are hoping to be on the road to recovery the soonest.

While the tub area was adequate for the purpose of washing my dog, the time a single dollar bought me was laughably short. While I was running the noxious tick shampoo out of the lines, I managed to use a dollar up, and that was before I even got my dog the least bit wet. Once the lines were clear, it took two dollars to simply get my lab shepard cross wet! I know she is a large dog, with a good coat on her, but two dollars? At least by then, the water was warm. It was the middle of the afternoon on a weekday, but the car wash attached was running strong, with cars driving out as I walked up to the dog ash. You'd think the water would've been warm. I used my own shampoo, so I can't comment on the shampoo choice provided. Since my dog was thankfully only a bit dirty, I did a "spot wash", only soaping her belly and hindquarters. It still took two dollars to rinse her off, and I *just* got her rinsed. On the plus side, there was a traction mat in the base of the tub, and it was reasonably clean. I was glad it was a sunny day, cuz I didn't see any lights on, however. Sadly, there is only one tub here, the water took a long time to heat up, and it is the SHORTEST time I have ever had a loonie buy me. I think even parking meters and strippers would've given me more time than that!

this place is a real clown show...avoid at all costs. i had been going there regularly for the…read morepast few years to wash our vehicles. however, after the new machines were put in, i started getting ripped off regularly by the machines eating my money. alternatively, when i have used a credit card to pay for the car wash, i found out after that the machine over charged me by several dollars. WFT!! I went there yesterday (03-nov) and put a toonie in the machine to start it. the machine just ate the money and didn't turn on. i approached the old attendant to tell him and get my toonie back. instead, he accused me of being at the car wash a couple of days ago and telling him the same story. he told me he couldn't open the machine to give me my money so i was SOL. while there are video cameras recording inside the car wash, i told him to check the cameras to see that i put the money in but he refused to do so as he reported being too busy cleaning the place. Ok, it was only 2$ so i put another toonie into the machine and while i choose the soap feature, no soap came out. so i approached the old guy again and showed him the soap wasn't working. he told me the soap was full and there wasn't anything wrong with the machine. while i showed him the machine with the soap feature on with no soap coming out of the spray gun, he again refused to reimburse me the money or to restart the machine. as i had been going there for a long time, i told the old guy that he was going to lose me as a customer for refusing to reimburse me the money the machine ripped me off. he told me to come again next time and remind him and he 'would make things right!" ok, so the guy can't open the machines to restart them, can't check the video to ensure i was telling the truth, isn't able to restart the machines because he insists they aret working properly but he is able to "make things right" the next time i come to the car wash?? at any rate, don't go to this car wash. there are several other great car washes in sherwood park so go to them instead. uncertain if the the old guy owns the place but he needs a course in customer service. not sure if he is ripping the car wash off but whoever the owner is needs to get the darn machines working properly.
