Really frustrated with our experience for swim lessons for my three year old. For 30 minute lessons…read morehe spent about 8 minutes of those in the water. The instructors were really sweet and the time in the pool reflected the fact that one child was crying and didn't want to participate and the other child was launching into the pool without waiting for instruction. At our second visit two parents of the other children were hovering over our child and even picked him up to set him back down on the poolside after he got bored waiting on the other children. We did NOT like the fact that other parents were touching our child. We quickly realized that these lessons were not productive and decided to not continue with additional ones. We then noticed that a charge of $200 was made to our credit card and when we asked about this it was apparent were were auto-enrolled in lessons and would be charged $200 for the next month. No where on the website was it obvious that we were enrolling for recurrent lessons. When we contested the payment and discussed that we were unsatisfied with our experience we were essentially told tough luck. Private lessons are $150 for 30 minutes, which did not seem at all worth it. We will be contesting this with the credit card company and report to the better business bureau for deceptive practices. The facility is clean, safe, and the instructors seemed good. It's just unfortunate that the business practice is predatory. We'll be happy to spend the time in traffic and return to Tom's Dive Shop.

My child is immensely proud of the skills he has learned with the help of Goldfish Goldfish is a friendly environment. The facilities are clean and well kept. There was a spot of turn over at the end of summer as students returned to their schools yet for the majority of the time the instructors and the staff have been consistent and reliable. Through their large windows I am able to sit comfortably and watch as the instructors confidently and patiently help my child refine his swimming technique.

Spaces are too small, and you can guarantee your car getting dinged. I use the pool here - it's outside. Most of the inside of this place is carpeted, which is quite odd, when you come in from the pool or the spa or indoor pool you walk on carpet and the carpet gets drenched. Not good. I detest that you have to walk all the way through various hallways and by the gym and the other pool to get to the locker room if you're coming / going to the outside pool. Kinda feels like you're at a hotel and having to walk down the carpeted hallway bypassing several rooms / areas in your swimsuit, or if you're wet with a towel. The indoor pool is fine, but when they hold those Zumba courses there - that Zumba instructor is - how can I saw this - irritating to say the least. She has forced a rule - you cannot turn on the jacuzzi jets during her classes because it's too loud and they cannot hear or talk to each other. This has been a bothersome rule for years now, and many of us have complained, yet this Zumba instructor wins all the time. I get it when you have a full pool of people, but some of her Zumba classes have only 4-6 people attending, they take over the whole indoor pool, she blasts the music so damn loud it's like you're at a club, and they don't talk to each other anyway so WTF?? They could use the other half of the pool (away from the jacuzzi) since there's only 6 of them, so everyone can use the facilities, but after complaining about this - I was rejected. I was also informed by several other members - they have complained too but have also been rejected. It's irritating AF and it's not respectful when there is no compromise. The basketball court is smaller here. The weight room is open and carpeted. The showers are okay, the bathrooms at times could be cleaner, the men's locker room is on the smaller side and quite compacted for space. The outside pool - it's heated during the winter time and it's open all year round. Swam the other day - it was 75 degrees outside temps and pool was 88 degrees, it was nice. But once you get out of the pool - yikes. But it's a nice change of pace here. They just updated the deck space around the pool. Service here has always been nice. Never had a bad experience with the any of them, all very responsive and answer my questions and good customer service. I don't frequent here as much but will go sometimes if it's convenient for my schedule. Can we just work out the Zumba lady and jacuzzi jets please?

After you make your selection and make your payment - BAM!... no reservation is made. I finally got an email response after a couple of hours that they were contacting the lifeguard to see if he was available. Guess what?... NO - not available. I got three more emails during they day about other lifeguards that they were checking in with. After that...radio silence, not a peep. Three emails and a phone call today... Guess What - no response! All I want is my money back, but of course when you call their toll-free number.... you guessed it - voice mail because there is nobody available to take my call. I wonder why that is? Zero stars for you AquaMobile ! UPDATE - I did get a call back to let me know that no lifeguards could be located in my area. They promised to issue a refund. This could have been completely avoided if they had just let me know up front that they are a "lifeguard search service" and don't actually have lifeguards available. I would have gone elsewhere.
