I left my dog at DPO in AZ City for 10 days recently, but had left him prior with no problems. One…read moreday before pick up, I received a call from a boy telling me my dog was sick and had diarrhea and blood coming from his rectum. The boy stumbled to speak and down played how sick my dog was. We picked him up the following day and we couldn't believe the bad shape he was in. He had to have been sick for days!! We are getting him tested by the vet, and are hopeful he will survive what happened to him. They postponed a grooming appointment to make him look better before we brought him home. This dog should have been left alone because of his condition. The grooming job is terrible but I am not surprised since he was so sick. I attached a picture at the time of pick up below. Shame on this place and will never return or recommend. Owner should have called me, not some cheap hired kid with no experience. My dog was definitely not cared for properly and I suspect owner struggles to keep or get good help. I will update with the diagnosis once tests come back. Stay away from this place if you love your pet. Wish I could rate 0 stars.

I explained that wasn't true. That she had 2 small rash spots inside of her thighs but that as all. They wanted me to bring her back in but my dog, was cowering and didn't want to be touched, so I said I'd take photos and text them. After the owner got the texts, she was saying "sorry for the inconvenience" but this isn't a clipper burn, its a "razor" burn. Like that is supposed to make it better. No offer of compensation, just telling me to put something on it and they'd mark not to do what they had done this time on her chart for next time. Like I'd ever subject her to this again!

When I called in the morning the hours were specified until 4pm. We have come here before to spotty service, technicians saying they do not do nails past 2pm, but the owner himself has specified they do nails until closing. There is no sign on the storefront indicating early closing today, so anyone arriving after the worker locked up would not be aware until they pull on a locked door. It does make me wonder If the owner knows his keyholders are running his buisness as such.

Where oh where to start... I took my 5 1/2 year-old French bulldog to a groomer instead of the vet…read moreabout two months ago to have her glands done. This dog has been a puppy since she was born. High energy always. Well she came home from the groomer unable to jump, and over the next few days was in visible pain, shaking, couldn't barely walk, couldn't even get comfortable laying down. Crate rest, muscle relaxers, pain pills, and multiple sessions of acupuncture over 6 weeks and she was making improvement, but not like I wanted. So I got on yelp and started searching and found Autumn. I sat near Dutchess her whole first session, and was SO convinced just after that, that before autumn left my house, my other dog AND me were scheduled to join in on Dutchess' next session. Dutchess got up from her session and immediately ran into my other room and jumped on the couch. Literally IMMEDIATELY. This dogs MO is making me lose my shit with her high energy and I felt like we were immediately back to normal We've now had 2 sessions and I told Autumn yesterday that Dutch is about to send me into an early grave because she has been bouncing off the walls constantly since our second session. Keeping her calm is essentially out of the question at this point and just not gonna happen. My sweet rambunctious 5.5 year old puppy is back and I am SO grateful for Autumn. So now about me. Stage 4 endometriosis. Had a child via IVF and surrogacy. I've had 2 laparoscopic surgery's. First one to remove a softball size mass that engulfed my entire left ovary and tube, and attempt to clear out some of the endo. Second time to clear out some endo. Got about 5% relief on the second surgery. Essentially the surgery was a waste of my time. Well, like I said, I sat near Dutchess during her whole first session. And started my period the morning of Dutchess' second session. That period started 5 days later then when it "normally" does, which is actually usually 5 days EARLIER then what my period calendar always says. So I got an extra FIVE days In between periods AND I HAD ZERO CRAMPS! People I'm serious, NO CRAMPS. My cramps were so bad before that I signed up for a second surgery to try to help. A whole surgery. And got barelyyyyy any relief. All I did was sit NEAR my dog and had no cramps. Well that was the first day of my first period since being around the machine. I got my own session done that day, and when I tell you I'm EXCITED for my next period, I'm serious. Because I can't wait to see how it feels. Or how it doesn't feel. I even got a facial a few days ago and my face lady was like wow your face is bleeding a lot today and it never bleeds like this.... And I'm like oh is it?! Well the machine Autumn uses is said to increase blood flow... i guess that's 100% true. So if you ask me, run don't walk to see Autumn.

I went into the office today where one owner refused to talk to me and Renee said the other owner Dr. Biwer was part time and does the financial part but doesn't have an exact schedule and I could try to get in touch with him in a week. Extremely unprofessional, unknowledgeable, and the worst part of it all is they are lying SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!

One for her Father's Death, I told her how sorry I was no problem. The next she found some kittens outside her apartment that needed care, she took the entire day to care for them I would have thought she could take them to a vet and answer her appointments third time she called 15 minutes before the appointment and cancelled. She is very unprofessional. The other problem is she didn't do the dogs nails correctly and said she would be back to care for them that never happened. My dog was near death. Initially, he could not walk to the car but later could do so. We waited…read morenearly 30 minutes for driver arrival. Transport by pet2vet was cancelled as I urgently drove to a nearby emergency facility. The driver was sour and whined about his plight. The office staff was dishonest about driver status. My replies were kind and expressed gratitude, before I received a series of harassing texts from both, and was accused of no empathy for them when it was the next day the driver was paid more than the agreed upon amount. My beloved pup died after we spent 10 hours hoping for another outcome.
