The woman that waited on me said that it would take 2 weeks. But I wasn't going to get it back until July when they reopen again after a 1-week break. So, on July 10th I went to pick up my ring. The girl that waited on me gave me my ring and I put it on. But it didn't fit. I told her that it fit before it was fixed and I asked what happened? I told her that the day I dropped if off I asked the woman who took my ring about sizing my figure to make sure she had the right size and she told me that no need to because she would just pinch it and tap back together. I couldn't even get the ring over my knuckle. So, I asked what it cost to get the ring sized and she said $221.00. I asked does that include the $75 for fixing the ring and she said no. I told her I wasn't going to pay for that and that it was their mistake that they didn't size my ring to make sure it was put back to the right size. I will never shop there again. The anniversary ring was given to me by my husband after 35 years of marriage. Now I can't even wear because Eric's Diamonds ruined it.

Hi Ho Silver contains a wide variety of pieces -- some affordable and some higher end. I'm always on the look out for opal pieces since that's my birthstone, and Hi Ho had a few pieces for me to see, including a heart-shaped opal that was cut in the same way as a ring I owned when I was younger. My grandmother had given me the ring that unfortunately was stolen; this was the first time seeing something like it. While it was more expensive than I was able to pay, at about $400, it was nice to get to see it. Hi Ho had a mix of earrings, rings, necklaces and bracelets. It also had a case of men's engagement rings. Everything was well laid out and easy to view. The staff was helpful. I would definitely shop here again.

The opal middle and garnet pedals made for a delicate and unique ring that she fell in love with. She wore it a few times and then one of the garnets fell out. She gifted me this ring after my daughter was born because she didn't have the patience to get it fixed. Once I got it, it sat in my jewelry box. When Mom passed away on 6/9 of this year I felt it was time to fix this ring. I brought it into Muellers on 8/10 and met with Amy. We discussed resizing the ring and also finding the missing garnet. She assured me she could do it! I got multiple calls from Amy relating to her search and we decided to match the color of the garnet vs matching the color and cut. Amy then recommended fixing the prongs and strengthening the other prongs to avoid further loss of the garnets. I picked up my ring today (2 days after she called and said it was ready) To say I wasn't pleased would be an understatement. This ring is so beautiful and the quality of work beyond what I could have hoped for when I brought it in. I cried with Amy because I was so overwhelmed by the entire experience; also knowing that Mom was beaming Thank you Muellers!

A diamond needed to be replaced, the ring resized and the three rings that made up the one were soldered together. She rebuilt the prongs around the Center Stone and provided an appraisal for my insurance policy. She made the process easy to understand and calmed my fears about leaving my ring with her.
