William was prompt in his response and upon arrival, immediately informed my that those were not bridal veil trees and what's planted there (gumbo limbo) were planted too deeply and were starved for essential nutrients. I was impressed with his diagnosis, knowledge of trees and remedy. He also provided useful information on additional trees in my property, including another failing tree improperly planted by my landscaper. I'm glad I was able to get this addressed before the problem would worsen. I'm now replacing my landscaper with W.G. Arborist for my needs.
