This has lots of things including bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, cabbage, corn, green onions, mushrooms, and pickled ginger, but be sure to ask to make it vegetarian. It seems they use fish flakes. There's lots of other menu options including stir fried ramen. For sure it's one of the best Asian restaurants in town, which isn't hard to achieve, because there aren't many around here. It's inside an Indian grocery store that also doubles as a place for making copies, if you can believe it. The counter is in the back, and there's usually just one person there. A lot of the food is prepackaged and ready to go. You just pay for it. It's about $12 for a meal, of which you get a lot of food. There's the classics like biryani and chana masala. Even though the location is weird it's still pretty good to be honest. It's a counter and a few tables but it's mostly for takeout. They're closed weekends.
