This makes NO sense since all you are doing is taking fabric away. Within another two months the fabric wore through leaving a hole. Then the chair I use lost two bolts and the electric motor stopped working. We invested in $ 2,000 for these two chairs and EXPECTED good quality workmanship. We now have spent over $400.00 in service calls to FIX these chairs. We have NEVER had such a negative experience like this. We failed to read reviews before we bought these two recliners, that was OUR mistake, we will not make that mistake again. It appears that English uses cheap fabric and materials and has a VERY poor quality control program. Once again I urge you to spend your $ more wisely.

We have been playing phone tag(partially my fault due to work schedule). But as a consumer I shouldn't have to call and remind them to fix my issue. I gave them enough time(6 months) to fix it but I guess all they care about is making a sale and not following up with issues. I even paid for extra protection on my leather sofa set but I am not going to hold my breath if something goes wrong. Advise to everyone looking to purchase from this store. Make sure you check everything when it gets delivered. If it's broken, return it. Don't let them tell you that "we have to order a part" or "talk to boss".
