This place was difficult to find because AT&T cellular is so bad that it takes forever for download/uploads at barely 1mps. If you get signal. 2nd of all if you have 40% battery the phone will almost die trying to pull signal and heat your phone up like a mini frying pan I had to shut it off twice to get a few photos. Headpinz /nemos cell signal isn't any better so in a matter of 3 hours my phone was at 0% then shut down. After driving the city gate blvd south then north we eventually got to the soccer fields. And find the cove Nextdoor to the man made walking lake. It's a nice area. The beers are priced for stadium/event pricing 3 bottles of Michelob ultra $18 yet it's just a park setting. Next to a lake. The large area wasn't very well planned in my opinion since the restrooms are on the back parking lot side of the cove. I'd imagine there would be a huge line if there was actually a soccer game going on. A Food service truck showed up at 3:15. And it didn't even open up, we ended up leaving 3:30 to have wings pizza and beer at the bowling alley. They have plenty of covered seating and table tennis along with 3 sets of pro ACL boards but the bags that were there were mismatched and not regulation weight. My guess is the original bags were slowly swapped for the mismatched bags that were left over during the past 3 years. They have a few options for draft beers along with a full liquor along with blended drinks available. But no snacks or food unless a food truck shows up and opens. If your park isn't offering any food or snacks I understand why people are bringing their own. Food 0/5 no food but a food truck arrives then doesn't open. Service 3/5 Ambiance 5/5 Location nice views of the lake plenty of parking. Walking trail around the lake Value. 2/5 It was worth the adventure to find a new place. Known for being the biggest indoor go kart racing establishment in the Florida. There are 2…read moredifferent tacks (red and blue) to which you can choose from. There are also different time slots for beginners and those that are more advanced who need to qualify with lap times to get to this opportunity. When arriving there are self-service kiosks along with an in-person register line. We opted for the in-person register line as we had no idea what we were doing. The woman at the counter took our information, provided us with some options and got us all setup. They're tied to the arcade down below along with the bowling alley across the way, in case you wanted to add on different offerings in addition to just go-kart racing. Watch the TV screens throughout the floors and listen to your group name being called. When called, line up at the other register on the first floor to which they'll pull you off to the side waiting area. Once everyone in your assigned time slot is there, they then pull you into a briefing room, where you watch a video, and then gear up. Each person gets their own helmet cover/liner to keep. Make sure you're wearing close toed shoes or they'll make you wear bowling alley shoes. After the video, you then line up outside by standing on the number that corresponds to what is assigned to you on the screen, one by one, you each then get in your kart. If you're short like me and can't reach the pedals, raise your hand and the employee will pull some sort of lever that pushes the pedals closer to you, no booster seat needed. The laps go real quick - avoid severely bumping into people and getting stuck on the turns, so as to make the most of your time and avoid having everyone's karts shut down during the laps, due to rough play. At the end of it all, you have replays texted to your phone to which you can pay/download for future memories. There's also a podium with first, second and third place platforms for you and your friends to take pictures at. Specific to the go-kart racing section, it felt like there were way too many workers physically on property at any given time. Some employees were helpful, some were not, with a little bit of attitude. And yet, in between sets, we dined at the restaurant/bar on site, to which it felt like there were not enough workers in the food/beverage sector. We never got a refill on our waters and had to flag down our server a few times for assistance, yet we were the only ones dining at the time. As for the food, it was typical bar food. They have specials for the day to jazz things up a bit. Overall, we had a good time, just a few tweaks to service and it would've been a 5-star experience.
