We visited FastTrax and were really impressed with how beautiful the space is inside--it's modern, well-kept, and runs very smoothly overall. One thing to note: you do need to listen carefully for your race to be called, as announcements aren't always super obvious. We kept it simple--just did the race and grabbed cocktails at the bar along with some wings as an appetizer. The service was good, though the wings took a while to come out and were just okay. The race itself was the highlight--fun, exhilarating, and a great activity for families. Everyone had a great time. A brand-new indoor Go-Kart race track, FastTrax Entertainment, opened on Treeline Ave near the airport and right across from Head Pinz. This new facility was relocated from the old Summerlin Rd due to Hurricane Ian damage. The former facility had an outdoor layout, but the new facility is indoor. As you park your car, you can walk up directly to the third floor or take an elevator to the top floor. The top floor featured a small track for age 4-8, whereas the two adult tracks spanned over three stories. This floor offers a restaurant and bars with panoramic views of tracks and racing. A number of monitor identify the drivers on each track. If Go-Kart racing is not your forte, you can enjoy over 50+ arcade games like DuckPin Bowling. The karts are electric and can be remotely controlled by staff. For the adult, you start with the slower Blue track and if you can score the required time than you can advance to the next level or advance to the more challenging Red track. The price is very reasonable, $21-$27 for a 15-minute race. In my mind, I can see racing group forming to have a regular race or tournament! BTW, they have special racepack pricing with discount! It is brand new, and huge. The facility is clean and well organized! Staff is friendly and very accommodating. This is a good place to host a party or special event! Give this place a try! read more

I'm a 24 yr old adrenaline junkie who rides motorcycles and Skydive's... was expecting this place to be catered towards younger kids and the carts to go pretty slow. I was very impressed and will definitely be going more regularly. They went surprisingly fast and was very enjoyable. I will say, I would suggest them putting some sort of foam or padding on the bars in between the legs. I had a little kid ram into me and I surprisingly got pushed around harder than I expected and it hurt my leg pretty badly, I have a bruise now so I was confused why they wouldn't already have them there anyways. Besides that overall the place is pretty awesome and highly recommend going. read more

Fast Trax is a new and exciting indoor Go Kart racing track. There are three levels of racing, a short track for kids (4-8 years old) on third floor, blue for intermediate and red track for adults on a professional level on the first floor. In addition to Go Kart race, there is also arcade games and DuckPin Bowling, which is mini version of regular bowling. If you feel hungry, you can get pizza, wings, pasta and ribs at the restaurant. Cocktails are available at the bar. They have a huge Neapolitan Brick Pizza oven which can make pizza pies quickly. From the restaurant you can watch the racing as well their result in the race. None of my experience was good because of the employee checking people in on the first floor. She can be identified by her GREEN HAIR and absolutely disgusting attitude which was so foul that I could not get my mind off it the whole time I was there. On our first round of racing she killed everyone's mood saying condescending things every time we would ask her a question with things like "maybe you should stop talking and do what I say" and then chuckling at our group with her fellow employee who also has no respect for the customers. From here we went and signed up for another race, and when we got back to the check In she continued her plan to ruin our groups night by yelling at me for grabbing another ski mask for the helmet and when I grabbed it she literally yelled at me and said "put that down! You have to buy another one" and essentially tried to accuse me of stealing the first one despite me leaving it in the helmet room on the first round of racing. After this I literally had to tell her to check her attitude because she's ruining everyone's time. Then I asked her if her only goal is to ruin everyone's experience at this place and quote she said "I don't care" so from here I grabbed the ski mask in spite and went into the helmet room because I figured there's no way she can treat us with such little respect and get away with it. Then she sent in two male employees and they handled the situation right but literally I could not get over this girls attitude and the lack of respect for my group just trying to have a fun night. read more

Awesome go cart track in Ft Myers by the airport. It is indoors and has multiple tracks for all abilities and ages. Air-conditioned and simply wonderful. Arcade as well. Safe and electric go carts. Tracks are on all different levels. Great staff. Good prices. Fun time. We could not make a reservation before we arrived but hopefully that will change . Also we arrived and had to wait over 45 minutes to start driving at our appointment time. We could only make appointment in person . read more

I don't recommend going here because of how expensive it is compared to the service you receive. The pizza was actually disgusting and I'm not sure how you can mess up pizza. The track is only 7 minutes per race and you spend more time preparing for the race than doing the race itself. read more

Such a fun experience with super nice and helpful staff. I have raced on both tracks and the blue track is more geared towards kids and inexperienced drivers who are just looking to have fun! On the other hand, the red track is geared more towards drivers who are experienced and there to win. One of the biggest difference between these two tracks is not only the track layout, but also the carts on the red track go about 25 mph compared to the slower blue track. Every track has 3 different tiers beginner, intermediate, and pro. You must have a fast lap time to be able to race on the pro tracks. We went on of the very first days it was open and a lot of the systems went down but ever since then it's been smooth sailing. I am saying this because I have seen plenty of reviews talking about the very early days when stuff was not working but now it is much better read more

Absolute waste of money. people were ramming into each other and workers thought it was funny. the track had to be shut down repeatedly because people were ramming other carts and causing issues where the staff had to enter the track to fix the carts. I've go-carted in many types of tracks and many locations ... hands down the absolute worst experience ever. read more

The bartenders on 12/27 jelly and Kelly ruined our experience here they completely ignored the left side of the bar (facing them). It took OVER 35 minutes to get their attention and they weren't even that busy. The guys next to us walked up after 35 minutes of them to even Acknowledge us and jelly took care of them within even less than 5 min of them standing there. The family that sat next to us it took them 20 mins to even greet them and they left because jelly walked past and made eye contact and continued to ignore them and stayed flirting with two other guys that came up after the other guys left greeted them and gave them drinks within 5 mins of them being there. and like I said they weren't that busy. When she finally noticed us she sent Kelly to us and he didn't even take care of us. They need more bartenders on staff at least 4 because they don't have competent people running the bar. read more

The people watching races couldn't care less. I watched people slamming into others going at least 25 mph as if it's bumper cars and no one cared. Even when it was the same person repeatedly pit maneuvering others. Watching something like that is really sad to see and makes it feel unsafe to even be there. I'd never go back for that reason or recommend it to anyone. read more

FYI, I repeat. FYI. If you plan on racing, and have to wait 45 minutes for your "race". I REPEAT, no seriously. I REPEAT, DO NOT HAVE A SINGLE DRINK which they have all their advertisements about (drinking and driving). After arriving at 8pm tonight, we signed up for a race that was at 845. So I thought, Great you have a bar waiting, it's my friends birthday and I'm with my 2 year old. Long story short, I waited 1 hour with my wife and 2yr old kid. Which I debated just going home and not waisting money, instead I wanted to try their track. They called for heat 39 beginners on blue track. I arrived with another 10-15 people. My name was called, solo, to follow someone into another room, once in that room they told me I was banned from driving due to 3 employees complaints, as well as secretly bring me out a back door which then I had to walk around back to the front and still grab my personal items on on the shelf, also I had showed up to the establishment with 0% alcohol in me. Prior before my race as well as purchase for that single race, I had conversed about the placement and speed. Since they start you out on training wheels. It was not a problem they said, I understood if they let one person not do the time trial, they would have to do the rest, which would result in loss of profit. As well as making sure they know how to drive and can not just pay for the fastest experience due to insurance issues. So I said cool that's fine. Before that race, an employee came up and said you are good, just do this race and we will make sure will be slotted in Pro cars. Well that wasn't the case. Waisted my time, yes I don't care if you gave me a free race and money back. When I come back do I wait another 45 minutes to be placed and race oh without a drink??? This is where it gets wild. I had been there for 40 minutes. On camera in the establishment I had only drank one single vodka/soda/ cranberry before I was called down to heat 39z This was the upstairs bar by the way. It was a friends birthday, I joking said I would like a triple double. The bar tender understood and made the drink, it really was for me. Here is the catch. The drink was made while I went to the restroom, taken by a friend and brought down to the birthday girl who never even thought to drive a slow kart. So far a 1 star, if anyone important sees this and would like to discuss further to figure out about this incident that would be great. Thanks for ruining my night with my kid and friends birthday due to an underaged kid's opinions. Hey Idiot, you made a spot that promotes drinking and driving. Good job. 100000% ass establishment due to employees. And your employees or employees family reviews. All fake and not what you guys are. It's ok, you guys are scammers. Race started out fine. The problems began and ended with the supervision of the races. They don't have an idea how to handle a problem from clear lack of training. I was crashed into multiple times and people i know were as well. The reason i chose to actually write this is because it was the same person pit maneuvering me and the other people i know. The supervisors didn't even acknowledge the problem so i know it'll continue to happen from at least that person. I didn't want to express this in person as its not my job to ask my friends if that person crashed into them but i did by choice. It's not fun when intermediate means bumper cars. read more
