I did appreciate that the attendant was helpful, it was a comfortable temperature inside and a relaxing vibe in there However, some of the washers were leaking, several were broken and some of the dryers were out of service. There was also no soap in the restroom. I wasn't also shocked to see that the machines were coins only.

They also host events every now and then for the community which is awesome! They've had raffles. They also utilize an app so you can pay for your laundry service as well as check the status on your laundry being washed or dried. I love that. They have vending machines as well for laundry items such as detergent, fabric softener and a machine for snacks. We go here often.

When asked for my receipt and I question if the receipt was needed since it was a correction, the receipt was snatched from my hand. When asked about the rude behavior, I was told because I failed to give him the receipt when he asked for it. When I get home and observe my property, I discovered that a press shirt was poorly pressed, and a pair of slacks that was asked not to be creased, was creased. This cleaner has a reputation of being a premium cleaners, not to mention premium prices, but in return subpar service. In the past, I've had to return a comforter that was never cleaned. When I contact the employee, he advised to return it within 20 minutes and he would correct it. 20 minutes was not conducive for me. I refuse to give my hard earned money to any business that does not provide quality service with dignity, pride and respect!
