I've been using Professional Cleaners for my dry cleaning and laundry for about 7 years. Full disclosure the owner is my father in law, but that doesn't change the honesty in this review. Frankly they do an incredible job. Partly because Dennis has a lifelong career of being in the clothing business - from manufacturing to fabric care. When it comes to how to handle a garment, a stain , a whatever - he knows exactly what needs to be done. It's been a part of his daily life for 50 years. He also does the little things that delight his customers like: Always finding and removing spots (without my having to point them out) Collar protectors for dress shirts, so the collars don't get flattened or out of shape Folding sweaters perfectly on hangers so the necks don't stretch Tying the garment hangers together so I can easily hold them when taking home. Dennis really understands customer service and the staff takes pride in their work. if I could give 0 stars I would. They ruined a pair of custom drapes and refused to make good on it, tell me it's my fault for not measuring them before I brought them in to prove they shrank them 4 inches. then they would only refund half of what was changed to dry clean them. DO NOT USE THEM!! read more

Professional Dry Cleaners is a locally owned and operated business that cleans/launders clothes on-site--a rare find. Our family started using them about 5 years ago after a change in management at our long-time dry cleaner in Fayetteville. The quality of service offered by Professional Dry Cleaners is well worth the drive. We regularly drop off business suits, dress shirts, and casual wear that are always returned when promised --flawlessly clean, wrinkle-free and carefully hung for transport. We have not had a single item lost or damaged, which is not surprising because of the individual care they give the clothes they clean (they actually check the fabric care labels). They take extra special care with special items-- Easter table linens with family significance came back intact and looked renewed. They have given us "emergency" turnaround more than once when an item was needed for travel. The focus on providing good customer service is always apparent at Professional Dry Cleaners. I was looking forward to this as a replacement for my cleaners who went out of business during covid. I prefer on site cleaning. While I am pleased with the clothing, there was no piece charge on the drop off ticket. One ladies suit, a jacket, and two skirts -. $49 80. !!! Thats more than $9 an item. I will not pay that much so unfortunately the search is back on. read more

This company (Professional Cleaners) is a cut above the rest . . .outstanding service high quality cleaning and pressing. but most of all they put customers FIRST. for example - I accidentally left a significant amount of cash in my pants over $100. and even forgot where I put it . . .They tried to reach me unsuccessfully by phone and I was unaware. They have given new meaning to the word "professional" which they are in every way possible, they are exceptional! These folks really know how to provide great customer service. The first day that I went there the owner made a point of welcoming me and introducing himself. Today I was in a bind and late to pick up some shirts that I needed for a trip. I called at the last minute and they were able to work out a great solution for me. I used Professional Cleaners for many years, but changed to a competitor in 2014 because it was closer to my house. After the competition lost and burned a few work shirts, I returned to Professional Cleaners. My clothes are cleaned well, pressed nicely and always ready when promised. I took four items to this cleaners. Three items they had to redo. The fourth item they ruined. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They are costly and the do a horrible job on your clothes. Also, the attitudes of the staff members are not professional. read more
