I came here yesterday to wash my clothes and witnessed one of the most unprofessional and alarming customer service situations I've ever seen in any business. Another customer calmly told the worker that the machine she was using did not have hot water. Instead of offering help or a solution, the worker (who I believe is the owner) became very rude and aggressive. She said, "Do you want me to take it out?" and then proceeded to physically remove the woman's clothes from the machine, causing water to spill all over the floor. What should have been a simple customer service issue turned into a heated argument that nearly escalated into a physical fight. The customer asked for her money back and was refused. When the customer left the building, instead of letting the situation calm down, the worker followed her outside and continued to yell. The customer was upset, but she was only expressing her frustration near her car. The worker then shouted things like, "You have no home training" and "You're from the projects." The worker was a white woman, and the customer was an older Black woman. Hearing comments like that in 2025 was upsetting, inappropriate, and absolutely unprofessional. As a Navy veteran, I stepped in to try to deescalate things, because the situation was genuinely unsafe. The worker continuing to pursue the customer outside could have easily led to someone feeling threatened enough to defend themselves. Situational awareness was completely missing. It could have ended very badly. I will not be returning to this laundromat. Beyond poor customer service, there were clear safety concerns and discriminatory behavior. No one should feel unsafe or disrespected while simply trying to wash their clothes. read more

My washer broke, clothes piling up. I haven't been to a laundromat in years and was very apprehensive about going, searched Yelp this place was close and had good reviews. Arrived around 7:30 am on a Sunday morning thinking I'm early guess I was early in my mind only because there were at least 8 people already there. Walked in place was clean, there were change machines, plenty of available washers for $4 and $5 dryers much cheaper. I had 7 loads spent $40 dried at home. I would recommend this place. read more

I was able to get in and out. A little pricey but good. Machines across Hwy 85 were a tad cheaper.

My washer is great but it just isn't large enough to wash comforters. With what's going on in the world right now, cleaning my comforters has taken on a new importance. I have gone to my share of laundromats over the years and in fact there is one closer to my home that I like a lot but I would say this is the best laundromat I have used. Doors open for you (for sight in their planning), large laundry buggies await patron use, attendants on site cleaning constantly not sitting behind counter, floors nicer than many and clean from the dryer sheets and socks that tend to escape, clean tables both in and outside and a laundromat that has AC. Today they were painting the store. Rather than opening the doors to let the possibly toxic fumes out, they had all the doors shut. The one employee who WAS there was sitting outside playing on her phone. I've had problems here before, but this is too much. It's always either too hot, or too cold. It smells odd all the time, the TVs are turned up way too loud. The employees won't keep other customers, who are acting unruly, under control. I mean, how hard is it to tell customers that are yelling and carrying on, making everyone else miserable to either be quiet or leave? Avoid. AVOID. read more

I have been using this place for a couple of years to drop off my large blankets. They do a really great job and get them back within only a few days. The staff here is so friendly and they always have something nice to say. This place always looks clean and is never smelly. Recently I started going here for wash and fold services. The fold job is really great and they hung up items that didn't need folding. They are so helpful and professional. I highly recommend this place. Convenient and priced fair. read more

After reading my review, the owner of Kwik Wash contacted me today. He was apologetic and advised me of what happened(my clothes were pushed by a donation bin for a church). He stated that the church picks up on Friday afternoon.
