Prepare to wait to be seen although you have an appointment. You will never be seen on time. There was black mold on the ceiling tiles from a roof leak and I had to bring it to manager Liz because no one cares. When I talked to Liz, she seemed bothered and short with me. The office is dirty, hand prints on the doors, dirty floors. Some of the staff are warm and nice, others are cold and short. I do not recommend. read more

I wish there was a 0 star selection. This was the worst experience at a Dr.'s office I could have had. The office is DISGUSTING. looks like it has not been cleaned in quite some time. smears and handprints all over windows, brown smears and dirt on walls and baseboards, stained brown ceiling tiles from what appears to be a water leak, cob webs hanging from light fixtures, bathroom had overflowing trash, dirty walls, dirty door, dirty mirrors etc. everywhere I looked was gross and had not been cleaned. FURTHERMORE - the ultrasound tech was the worst. No bedside manner. I went in for my anatomy scan pretty anxiety ridden to start with, she explained nothing, blew through things so quickly I could not see anything. She made me feel stupid for being there too early, even though it was my OB who booked the appt not me. when I asked questions she seemed annoyed I was speaking. finally at the end she slowed down a bit to show us the baby, there was a beautiful view of the baby, she moved and said ok ill give you this scary skeleton image! okkkk?? and Finally - when they were done with the scan, the assistant sloppily wiped the goo off me, and pulled me up, open the door and started guiding me out of the room while my shorts were still down to my pelvic area and my shirt was up. I left absolutely astounded and disappointed. I wouldn't recommend this facility to anyone. It was the worst experience I could have had for something that should have been exciting and happy. If you have any way possible to go anywhere but here - do that. read more

The office experience has not been very great. They're very long wait times even when arriving to your appointment on time. Sometimes I'll be waiting for an hour to an hour and a half. And I often feel like an barn animal not a human. They rarely talk to you or explain what's going on and when I request possibly photos they're very strict which really was a bad experience for me since this is the only office that provided photos my regular OB or any other visits did not provide any sort of baby photos. I really would appreciate if they would have bedside manner improved and just overall communication improved. If pregnant again, I will be strongly trying to find anyone but this office to go to. I've heard that other patients have had this similar experience. Hopefully, they pay attention to reviews and maybe offer some communication to future patients. I do feel the doctor is thorough even though he fails to look you in the eye during the entire conversation. read more

Awful, awful experience!! The nurses and techs are nice but the office is so dirty. Wait times are long. We had appointments back to back and sometimes they forgot about our second appointment and we would be waiting for over an hour until they remembered we were there. Not only that but the tech found something concerning in one of my ultrasounds so Dr. Brar came in for literally what felt like 5 seconds and said everything was fine. NOPE!! Turns out I had placenta accreta and percreta and almost died in my c-section. 2 months later, 2 emergency surgeries and possibly more due to what he missed. I wish I could go back and tell that tech she was right. He's the only specialist in town and is absolutely terrible. Wish I could give a zero. So far so good, I haven't experience any problems or delay or wait time issues. If you can't make it it's best to call them and explain that you can't make it and you won't be punished or dropped. Jessica who is in the front is always so courteous and understanding. The RN name Fawn for NST is very knowledgeable and kind. The student techs are very polite. The Ultrasound technician Vanessa is professional. Bathroom is clean, all their tools and equipment are maintained sanitary. read more

Was referred to this office by my OB for NT Scan and was worried by some of the prior reviews. Upon arrival and being seen: The staff was fantastic, informative and helpful. The billing office who took my copay by phone was great. A very professional Ultrasound Tech performed my scan with 2 students observing who were also very professional. The facility was clean and pleasant. I was seen on time. Overall, I had a very good experience with Dr. Brar, office, and staff. read more

I saw Dr. Brar yesterday and he was amazing. He was very nice and seemed like he had my best interest in what steps to take in terms of genetic testing. He treated me well and has honestly been the nicest medical professional towards me during my pregnancy. I had a great experience. I didn't know kids weren't allowed so I had my daughter with me and my mom. This girl working there (not the front desk), as she was walking pass me, says " no kids allowed not even in the waiting room" not even nice about it. I had to drive my family somewhere to wait bc my mom doesn't drive and drove back to my appointment. It's fine if she had just been nice about it. I had no idea that kids weren't allowed. It was my second visit so far here and i already am not looking forward to my up coming appointments that I'll be having in this place. read more

Not clean and not professional. One of the top things I expect out of a medical office is cleanliness and this place did not have it. There where stains on the carpets, old furniture, cobwebs, and stables and tape all over the walls. You would think they could pay someone to clean the place daily. Comparing the place with where we went with our first child (loma linda hospital) it is lacking. There was not a serious atmosphere and everything felt rushed. Lastly you see Dr. Brar himself and he sits in a messy office with a stack of paperwork on his lap. It just didn't sit well with me. The other staff where fine but I expect a more professional and clean environment. I would recommend a different place and we will not be visiting any of Brar locations again. Go to Loma Linda if you can they take it much more seriously. read more

Worst place thank god I'm almost finished , this place is disgusting always dirty the only time it looked clean was a couple months ago when they had their students cleaning . I've heard the employees talking about a trans patient which is so unacceptable and are always talking inappropriately around patients . they don't even check up on me when I am doing my NSTs at one point I was waiting 15+ mins after my 20 min mark , I'm not one to complain but since I'm so far along and so uncomfortable waiting on a chair longer then I need is not right especially if I'm in pain . I have never had a problem at any other office my only question is why do these employees work here if they don't do the job correctly if your gonna work somewhere make sure you love your job . I hope management does something about it and makes sure their workers are following guidelines like no long nails (was one of my problems when I got scratched by an employee) . They are always on their phones wasting everyone's time the longest I have waited was an hour after my appointment time and the whole time the two receptionist in the front one was Jessica and I don't know the other girls name but they were talking inappropriately and making patients uncomfortable I had even made eye contact with another patient because of how shocked I was . four more weeks and I'm done read more

Came for my scheduled appointment and when I showed up the lights were off and I was told that it was canceled but I never received a phone call, email or any notice whatsoever. Their excuse was oh it was the nurses job to call and they didn't. I don't live around the corner & I started my morning throwing up. But at Dr. Brar's office in Redlands, they treated me like they cared and helped to calm my nerves with their kindness and attentive approach to my care and baby's well being.
