Now, going to my 30 wks pregnancy, I have not established any care from this office. I have tried calling, left messages, and sent emails to follow up - still no reply. I wish they say something, tell me they can't take me, so I don't have to wait and hope from them. I am looking for an Obgyne who is affiliated with Redlands Hospital and with IEHP Direct. I live in Calimesa; I am hoping I get to go to Redlands Hospital to deliver because it is closer than Arrowhead or Saint Bernardine Hospital.

Which was shocking. Dr. Natalie Perkins A African American dr with dreads told me it must be the tissue from the termination still in my uterus that is causing a positive test to come out positive. I took blood test to check my Hcg levels to see if it was an actual pregnancy. It was low at the time. So she prescribed be an abortion pill which i told her I was not going to take it bc what if it is a new pregnancy. Dr. Natalie Perkins told me to do it still, in the same day and appointment she texted another doctor about the situation. The other doctor in the text messages said " this is the best thing to, tell her dumbass to take it. We are the doctors why doesn't she just listen" she thought I didn't see what he said. This is a Mexican male or white male doctor texting on the other line. I didn't get his name, I think it was a supervisor doctor or someone higher up than her. I still did not take it. I acted as if I was going to. A few days later I scheduled another apt with a different doctors office. I did ultrasounds and more blood test my Hcg levers were higher. It was a new pregnancy! I went back to the women's center told Dr. Natalie Perkins that it was a new pregnancy and she looked dumb founded. She didn't apologize or anything & I decided to keep the pregnancy but it did not end up growing how it was suppose to. This is absolutely unprofessional!!! Always get a second opinion if you're not sure. And Miss Natalie Perkins I hope you lose your job!!!!!!!

I learned more about pregnancy and birth during my visits than all my other OB experiences combined. The appointments are so personalized and thorough and I felt informed every step of the way. I ended up being induced at the hospital but I was still able to have an unmedicated delivery thanks to my amazing birth team. I couldn't have done it without Maria's guidance. It was the first time I had a provider I knew beforehand in the room with me. I genuinely felt cared for throughout my labor and it was a game changer. I am recommending midwife services to all my pregnant friends from now on. I'm honestly sad this is my last baby - I would do it all over again with this team!
