One of the hands on a smaller face had fallen off…read more I was told that the jeweler would need to evaluate my piece before committing to the repair and got a follow up call that it could be fixed. I was able to pick it up within a few days and walked away happy. Watched looked much better after the repair. Nice staff and they sell other items in store including jewelry and watches.
