Amazing family owned and operated business! Long story short, my wife and I are in the process of remodeling our bathroom and have had trouble choosing the right tile and all the necessary supplies/tools necessary for our project. While at Lowe's another customer saw us arranging tiles and referred us to this place. We're so happy and grateful that she told us about it! Oh my gosh! What a selection! Don't be put off by the exterior, there are treasures inside. Where the big box stores may only have 2 choices of a certain type of tile, La Casa de Ceramic will have a dozen or more! They also have lots of counter tops and kitchen cabinets. The staff is very friendly and helpful, too. If you're looking for the colorful Mexican tiles and the ceramic switch plates, etc, this is the place to go. They are in the process of enlarging so it will only get better. read more

This is a family run business. The owners run the store. They are very friendly and helpful. I ordered my Cabinets through this store. The owners Francisca and her husband came out to measure my kitchen that same day. I decided to order my cabinets and counters from them and within the next day Gustavo the cabinet installer came out to look at the work. In my recent quest to find the perfect tile for our new bathroom, I stumbled upon La Casa de Ceramica. One of the sales associates spent the better part of two hours walking with me through the store, offering different suggestions, and exhibiting utmost patience despite my indecision. In the end, I was able to order an amazing-looking tile for much less than the previous options I had found at other stores. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. When I finished installing brand new kitchen cabinets on saturday, I came upon this place. On the following Thursday, they came and installed the bianco antico granite counter top. Brandon and two other guys came and worked all day trying to level the counter tops perfectly. They were super fast. And it was very reasonable price. However, I later found a small crack on the counter top in front of sink that either they did not tell me or I did not notice before. Brandon came and filled it in so it does not show. That is the only reason whey i gave 4 instead of 5. They have so many selections of wood looking tiles. I wish I had known this place before I went to the big chain store. I also went back there looking for backslash with my sister's in laws visiting me from Oklahoma. They got so excited about so many different selections of pretty accent tiles. read more

Stopped here with my wife based on helpers recommendation. We entered the store and observed a young gal and guy with a baseball hat sitting behind counter, no greeting just a stare at us. We proceeded to look at tiles and accessories in back of store for 20 minutes. We never received any assistance. I had to go to the front counter to ask a question on a tile my wife wanted. Young gal then came from behind the desk to the back of store where my wife was to answer question. Young gal looked and behaved put out that we bothered her. She wasn't willing too look up tile prices or when product might be available. Her response was: "we don't have it in stock", then she returned to sit behind the front counter. At this point, my patience was rapidly disappearing so I suggested to my wife that we look for tile elsewhere. As we exited the front door, again no exit greeting. Well, now both workers can spend more time on there phones, and continue with their social hour. I hope a customer doesn't bother them. We won't be returning nor recommending this business to anyone. read more

I did business with this company after reading the reviews on Yelp. My review however, is not positive as the others I read. If I had known I would have selected a different company. The complaints mostly have to do with one employee, which happens to be a son of the owner who installed my kitchen counters. First, the business did not carry the quartz material I desired-so I investigated on my own and got a cost for a slab at another company who sold it to Casa de Ceramica. I was thankful I could find exactly what I was looking for. So far, so good. I then was told by Brandon, the owners son, that he would be installing it on Monday. I stayed at home to be there. At 12 pm Monday-no call, no show. I called the business. They said the slab delivery was just completed. They are open on Saturday, If it wasn't there then Brandon could have called to tell me he would not be there on Monday. Brandon then said that he would be at my place on Tuesday. One day lost, however dealing with other contracting businesses this is common-but still not good business. Then when Brandon showed on Tuesday I showed him a vanity I had purchased whereas the top in Quartz was 1/2 inch too long. He said he would cut it before he left (they had all the tools with them) as part of the kitchen installation costs. I said good. He installed the kitchen and did a good job. I then wrote a check he insisted be written in his name and gave it to him. He left. I later went in the other room and found he had not taken care of the vanity. I called him then, on the same day. He said he was on another job but would return THAT day to cut the vanity. NO CALL, NO SHOW. Once again, a contractor has not followed up on the customer that had changed their schedule to meet the contractors schedule and customer time has been disrespected. He didn't even call to tell me he could not come. NO CALL, NO SHOW I called Casa De Ceramica three days straight leaving messages for Brandon with his sister and other employees explaining the situation. No return call from anyone at the business. I finally drove in this morning in person in hopes of getting some information. They called Brandon from the business phone. He told me 1) he never said he would make the one 2 ft by 1/2 inch cut without additional costs, 2) told me he lost his phone and that is why he has not called for three days (don't they have a phone at the business??? The guy at the business told me he saw him there this morning. Don't you call back customers when they leave three+ messages over days?? Don't they communicate between family members at this business??? Also I called the business phone not Brandon's phone- so him losing it would not impact his ability to return my call. So, that is my experience with the company. Next time I will find another business that respects my time. I could have stopped payment on Brandon's check to force the issue but I have no ill will toward the business due to one persons poor business methods. Ordered prefabricated granite here. They got my order in fast and the price was amazing. They're a family business. They have some unique backsplashes that look fantastic. They took great care of us, even after we bought the granite. They made sure it was installed right by having one of their workers check out the work at my home. I have been dealing with this company for over 4 years. Never any language problems as the adult children have now pretty much taken over the business and it has only got better. They offer many unique items at very reasonable prices and are very helpful, especially in reminding me about certain add on items I forgot on my first project. They return phone calls promptly on special order items; and the drivers were very helpful on deliveries not just dropping off the material in a driveway; but helping me place it where it was going to be used. I have probably made close to a dozen purchases and all were to my complete satisfaction.
