WMS deer magnet is hard to find so I was so excited. I asked if I purchase the WMS deer magnet green field seed now if they would hold it for me because I was leaving the same day for a vacation and they said sure, as LONG AS YOU PAY for them now. So I purchased 7 bags... Fast forward to today and I come to pick up my seeds with my receipt and guess what? NO SEEDS! The front counter told me they cannot get anymore because it's hard to get and furthermore, the workers could not even put what I had paid for to the side with my name on it after I PAID FOR IT. Now I am stuck with the WMS Alabama blend that I did not want because of time constraints. Oh, did I mention that the price of the WMS deer magnet jumped from 39.99 to 59.99 and I was told the price was marked wrong. I know why I didn't get mine, because you saw the price marked wrong and would not put my order up so it could not be sold. You are a joke of a business and the customer service? Don't even get me started on that and I have been in customer service for 22 years. I should have known better as this is not the 1st time I have been screwed by this joke of a business however it certainly will be the last.

We had placed a curbside pickup order for 2 small items - we had a pretty smooth experience at our…read moreregular trips to the Carrollton store and thought since we're coming to Oxford for other things why not pick it up there this time? Well apparently, that was a mistake. Pulled up to the designated curbside lot as usual, but when we tried to check-in las usual on our app, we get an error message that the service isn't available. The sign says to text - so we did. We wait another 10 and start to doubt it did anything. Okay... so then we call. Line rings on and on even after multiple attempts of dialing different extensions. After all this time wasted we figure, urgh guess it's better than wasting more possible time. All that "curbside" service for essentially doing the work ourselves. Here's the verdict: the app wasn't working because the online system is down, okay. But the phone lines? Is that coincidentally down as well? To top it off, the employee's attitude about this? No apologies at all. I realize the system malfunction may not be your fault maybe someone else can kindly teach you a street smart lesson (for your own good) but I wasn't gonna waste another minute. In short, if you can, pick another location for curbside and/or if you're looking for the literal "More doing" part of Home Depot... this place is so true to that in other ways intended.

Apparently it is not possible to buy a grill which is not assembled…read more I have ask in person if they have a certain grill in a box, not assembled. They said no. But then they told me they have no problems getting the grill into a suv or pickup. Well that is not the reason why I want it in a box. The grills that are assembled are standing outside 24/7 with wind and rain. They already have rusty spots. Why would I buy one of these? Then they told me I can order it online and ship it to the store. Okay done. I even made sure I didn't click "assemble". 20 minutes later the email it was ready to pick up. I called and they told me they don't order grills until they sell those that they have in stock. Okay I called Lowe's customer service ... 2 hour later they talked to Lowe's in Anniston and Oxford. And promised me I can get one in a box in 2 days. 4 days later I called and the person who promised me that is "not at work" today. Definitely not happy at all. I am gladly taking my money somewhere else.

First Lowe's I've encountered assistance and not just once- but TWICE! They found me and asked me!…read moreIt was so surreal! Pay attention Trussville and Gadsden Lowe's as this store is worth the 35 minute drive. It's bigger and their employees walk around the whole store and seek out a customer to offer assistance. It's part of their service plan. And it worked. Last night I spent a 1/2 hour trying to get help with a gasket for a sink drain that I knew nothing about but was called to get as it was found to need replacement putting my new sink in. This was upon my return trip after I had bought a new sink and didn't get the one I wanted. The one I really wanted was on the top shelf in Gadsden Lowe's but after waiting 35 minutes in the ghost town it saved me $150. But they got the last laugh as it cost me an extra trip because no one told me the bottom strainer traps don't come with them- remember I was left alone on the Gadsden Lowe's Island. But a got a cutting board and a dish drainer (that I didn't need...?? Ugh...). Trussville Lowe's is the same but they have Home Depot next door to give me happy customer feels. The poor customers of Gadsden are just stuck with no competitors after 6:00 PM. Bless.
