From ordering the wrong prescription to handing over a new pair of glasses without even a fitting or a case the indifference was astounding. To top it off, a confirmed appointment to speak with a customer service rep regarding the situation was never initiated by their so-called service team and they subsequently blocked any attempts to contact them stating the request was closed. The only thing closed is my wallet which will never again give this Target optical my business ever again!

Unfortunately, rarely am I acknowledged. It's not horrible, but it is different than how I tried to treat guests. Clean store. Most of the time, prices are clearly marked. Employees, when you approach them, are generally helpful. The prices are good. It is my home store, and it's good for me.

We…read morevisited Mattress Firm on Thursday and quickly were welcomed and offered assistance in our search. Joe D. did a tremendous job showcasing all the mattress solutions available and worked closely with my sister to find the right bed for her. She was very pleased with her selection about testing out several mattresses and she was able to acquire an adjustable bed frame as well. Delivery was arranged for the upcoming Saturday and Joe D. shared there would be a call the night prior to alert us of delivery time. It all went off without a hitch and my sister has been sleeping on her new Mattress Firm bed without any issue. Better sleep for sure!! We want to thank Joe D for his engaged business manner, the ease in selecting a mattress and the fine delivery team who set up the bed for us. 5 stars for all!!
