They said no. One strap is fine, two straps is bad. I asked if the 2nd strap makes it dangerous and they literally said yes. Insanely dumb application of a rule. I left feeling profiled because of my age and because I ride a motorcycle. I don't think there's any chance an older person with the same bag would have been treated the same way. If you're worried about theft, I get that -- follow me around if you'd like. But their bag "rules" are ludicrous.
