I also have 5 of there solar panel kits and run most my garage on it. They been working for yrs. there tool boxes are very nice I have 4 sets of those. I just don't understand why you would pay big money for the same warranty you get hear. They don't even ask if I put a cheater bar on it. The nailers work fine, there upgrading the power tools . We have an older home that we are constantly looking to update while maintaining its level of early 1900's quality and charm and when it comes to finishes, these guys and gals are experts. I've never received a recommendation that didn't work out and they have even referred us to area pros for larger jobs that required more than my "close my eyes and slap paint on it" method of completing the task. I also need to mention the high quality products we're dealing with here. It took so long because the employee and manager were morons and didn't know anything. The next day we were told they couldn't get the couch in the leather we wanted. We went back and spent another 1 1/2 hrs to get it figured out. 2 days later we were told that they couldn't get the couch in the electric recline so we cancelled the couch. We took a sample of the leather for the recliners to another store to get buy a couch and make sure it went with the recliners. A month later they called and said they couldn't get the leather we wanted for the recliners. I tried to call numerous numbers to complain and finally found a number that someone answered. All we were told was to talk to the store manager. I said hell no because he was the moron that caused all this. I cancelled the complete order which was $11,000. Then we were told that if we wanted our money back for the leather protector they gave us ($43) we need to bring it back in. I said after all this you're worried about a $43 box of leather protector that you never told us you charged us for because you just handed it to us. He said yeah. NEVER AGAIN!!!
