Our plumber was coming the following morning to replace the bad one. James, who was very helpful, found it for us at another location. But, that's when Chris jumped in to go above and beyond. He offered to pick up the toilet at another location and drop it at our house the next morning before 8am when the plumber was to arrive. And, he did exactly that! He arrived early the next morning and unloaded everything in our garage. Thank you so much Chris and James for your fantastic customer service! We will be back to Fergusons for our future plumbing needs.

I went in to ask where the gift cards were and the gentleman at the front said they were in the…read moreback. Didn't greet me and definitely didn't smile or act like he was even concerned with me. Shrugged it off and could't find the ones I needed so I asked him if he could help me see if there were somewhere else or if they kept a stock of them and he acted as if I was putting him out and said if they aren't on the shelf we don't have them. So I went back and looked again and found a few and took them back up front and still no smile, no kind of greeting--nothing! He started ringing them up and acting like I was inconveniencing him. Then there was a problem and some of them didn't activate. He was frustrated and answered me gruffly when I asked what was wrong. I asked him why he was upset with me and he said nothing. I said "well you seem very upset and I've done nothing wrong" and he responded like it was my issue. That's when I noticed that his name badge said "Store Manager" and I said "I can't believe you are the store manager and you are treating me so rudely" and he didn't have much of a reply. I said if you want to work in customer service then maybe it should be different and he "thank you". Very sad world we live in, when unhappy people work in the customer service business and can't find kind words or actions to help their customers. I'm sure there is something bothering him down deep, and I feel bad for that, but I won't shop there again. After a long day at work, it just made me feel yucky when I left there, and there are other stores that can use my business.

Quoted $1200 to repair the deck. A brand new deck was $1100 on-line. That was never offered. Then, they quoted $3500 in additional repairs for a total of $4600. A new replacement mower was $4250. All my own research. I said no thanks- they wanted a $189 "diagnostic fee" - more than auto repair shops (and how much diagnostics do you do on a mower deck?!). These guys are just terrible.

I tried to get my blind father's medicine refilled early and I was told it was no problem but then when I got there another pharmacist denied me. No one cares.
