They are always slow, 4-6 weeks for any repair I've needed. This past winter I asked them to look into why it wasn't charging well. They picked it up in November 2024 and I didn't get it back until March 2025. They said the batteries were fine at that time ( I had replaced them 16 months prior), it was a bad charger. So I paid for a new charger. I used the mower one time and it would not run. The guage showed a full battery charge, but it wouldn't run. Sent it back to them and it took a month for them to tell me the batteries were bad. When they brought it back to me they did not bring my charger back. In March when I told the woman on the phone I needed it back ASAP because I'm 67 yo widow and I had to push-mow while the rider was in the shop, she was surly and said push-mowing was better. No compassion. Poor service. Questionable knowledge.

After hearing about the program (pay monthly for a new mower and don't worry about fixing anything. Just mow) We pay $110 per month for a mower. All I gotta do is add gas and drive!!! They are Badboy tractor dealers and service and this review is as much pointed to Badboy tractors…read moreas it is to 96 lawn and garden. I needed a fuel line for my 5045 tractor. The fuel line was 5/8 on one end and half inch on the other. The first time i went in I was there for 30 minutes while they were trying to get in touch with Badboy as they did not have it in stock and was not familiar with it. I left and said call me once you have it. 2 days later they did and I paid for it and when it arrived a week later at my house it was nowhere close to the right fuel line. I brought it back, brought in the original fuel line for me to again sit for 30 minutes, had the guy take pictures at every angle and measure its length and said get back to me. 2 days later I had to call only for him to say he tried calling (my phone had no record of it) and that Badboy kept giving him the same part number as the one I brought back. Bottom line is that Badboy couldn't tell me the correct part and hwy 96 lawn and garden who was a servicing agent for them could not help either not to mention the slow service and response. I ended up rigging up my own fuel line
