For about four years, I have occasionally shopped in this store. Most recently, I placed on online order for lawn fertilizers that the store did not have in stock. The prices were fine. Rather than pay for shipping to my home, I arranged for free delivery to this store. The fertilizers were at the store within six days, and the store notified me via email. When I arrived at the store, a friendly employee promptly greeted me. I told her that I was there to pick up my fertilizers that I had ordered online. She went into a back room and retrieved the bags and handed them over. When I was in the store, I saw other products such as power tools, grills, paints, and bird feed.

For the first time, I placed my order online, and in not even 30 minutes, the store emailed and texted me to notify me that my order was ready for pickup. Super-fast service! Later that day, I drove to this store and walked up to the pickup counter. An employee immediately and courteously greeted me, looked up my order in her computer, and brought my products out in a shopping cart. Then the employee wished me a great day. For the second time, I arrived at the store, found the products--boxes of floor tile--on a shelf, and realized that they were too heavy for me to lift. An employee came and helped me to load the boxes onto a cart. He wished me a good day. I used the self-checkout machine, and I experienced no problems with it. An employee nearby thanked me.

Even though I think it is a waste of space to have kitchen stores this particular one seems to have lower prices than even big box stores. I came in to buy a kitchen scale, looked at the price and noticed it was comparable to others I have seen elsewhere. Once I was at the register and paid for it, I was pleasantly surprised. I'm not sure if staffing has changed or they have become more familiar with the store and the items they are selling. I picked up some painting supplies and work gloves at reasonable prices. Again, it's good to see this shopping center has a new business in this old location.
