I talked with an employee and we agreed that even though the coupon was out of date by 5 days, it was still posted and therefore I should get the discount. I got to the register and the clerk needed the manager to override the sale because it was out of date and he absolutely refused stating he couldn't do it and they are human and make mistakes. I said this is B.S., every store honors a posted coupon. He really didn't care and he wasn't nice. I shop this store quite often because I like to support local business but I will be driving 3 miles further to go to Walmart in the future.

I bought a top of line GE Washer and dryer early April 2025. They were scheduled for delivery…read moreSaturday April 19th and received texts/emails that they were on their way but ultimately cancelled delivery at 5PM on a Saturday. Rescheduled delivery for week later. They delivered, built on pedestals, and installed. They forgot to put the drain in the sink!. Latwer that evening, used the machine for the first time, and the washer MOVED on the floor pulling on the pipes secured to the wall causing leak on a Friday evening. Plumbers came the next am Saturday and did repairs for 614$. Then I realized that they FORGOT to put the feet on the washer and dryer. Called numerous times to both the Home Depot store and their service center and they initially did not believe us and gave us grief. After the numerous calls they sent the SAME delivery/installers that screwed up the initial installation. After two more weeks they sent ANOTHER team, a trouble shooting team, that said that the initial installers put the washer and dryer INCORRECTLY on the pedestals. Numerous calls later, we were told that they needed to replace the delivered pedestals but needed approval. They finally got approval, and several weeks later we receive ONE pedestal!!!!!!!!. Numerous calls later, we finally get two pedestals and the needed repairs and replacement. So after TWO months for an initial surprise Mother Days gift no feet on the pedestals pedestals improperly built water pipes pulled from walls Saturday plumber visit Multiple scheduled visits etc FINALLY everything finished in late MAY The ACTUAL GE machines are fantastic BUT the service and experience has been the utter worst of my life.

My Dad needed to stop here and make a payment (he's still one of those that needs to make the payment in person instead of online). Pulled in and made our way inside. With this being near the holiday season, it was going to be a busy day. Dad went over to customer service to make his payment while my brother, niece and myself went to go check out the holiday displays and what was on sale. I browsed for a bit and wanted to head on into the store to help find the items my Dad was here to purchase. We all headed deep into the aisles and like any other trip to a hardware store, you have to backtrack because everything is so spread out. Those items are place in areas the store believes them to be of liked items, not always in the best place. I ended up wandering off by myself because I find hardware store mind numbing if I am not in here for a reason. I wandered around and found myself in front of the paint counter where I ended up grabbing one of there miniature buckets. True story, the only thing in here that I purchased. I didn't need it, I wanted it. I headed to the line, which was a bit crazy. Standing in line, which had started to weave its way out into the aisle, there were at least three employees standing around the self checkouts. Seeing the line getting longer, of course they opened up more...when I was next in line and everyone behind me had first dibs on them. Once my tiny bucket was paid for, I was out the door faster than I could explain.
