Several hours later I searched the gates online again. 1st option was Doordash delivery from the exact same Home Depot. That doordash driver shopped for the gate and delivered it to me in 30 minutes. What a huge disappointment that the store isn't competent enough to pick their own product. We went to the store 2 weeks ago in person to look for the gate, but there were 4 employees with the aisle blocked off and leaned against the steel just chatting. None of those gentlemen even asked if we needed help. Ridiculous. ​​​

It is one of the larger Aces I have been to and everything is very spread out and open. Not a lot of foot traffic on the day I was there, in fact I was the only one there and the employees seemed bored and tried to be helpful but couldn't actually help with what I came in for. They do make keys there and their system is different from the other major chains so if you are having a tough time getting a copy they might can help you out. This business seems to have some major pet peeve about cell phones as their were 2 NO cell phone signs posted on the front door and then another one posted at the register. Looks like they had a bad batch of customers on their phone and could not get over it haha. If u plan on running in and making a purchase under 10$ then you should bring cash as their sign at the register posts that purchases under 10 should not be run on credit. So there you have it.

The store is always busy but the flow of traffic always moves smoothly and fairly quickly. The staff here, for the most part, are knowledgeable and helpful with any assistance you may require. The store seems to always keep their shelves full and are quick to restock on items if they do happen to get sold out. They also give a Veterans Discount for all the men and women who happen to shop there that served for the country. I'm not a vet myself but I find the fact that they do that very admirable. I recommend shopping here and if you are trying to decide on which one is better in Johnson City you definitely will want this store.

I'm not the one who handed that driver--who doesn't work for Lowe's of course--the WRONG bags. Lowe's employees did that. To compensate. @3:00p.m. I ask for momore texts just call if a problem. Wiil changed window of time text 3 times. Went back to original time of 3:00p.m. and at 3:05 texted appt. Has been cancelled and rescheduled for 5 days later. I called refused and demanded a refund! I paid cash but it will take 5 days to get the refund approved and ready. If Lowe's doesnt take back charge of their own customer service, all of their stores will be closing instead of just 50.
