We don't buy used guns unless it's from a close family member or friend. We know its history, if you know what we mean. The customer service is okay. The place is run down inside, dusty, & dirty. Could use a good cleaning and a paint job. Idk I don't really care if I come back here.

They bring them out individually with no box and tell me they have no boxes. A guy directs me to the recycling bin and tells me I can find my own there. Luckily a box came available a few minutes later. I have been buying this stuff for years from other retailers and it was always packaged in a box. I'm not sure these guys are very customer safety conscious. They will be my retailer of last resort.

I was wrong, the first time they came to install the door was very scratched up and they did an awful job installing. So they brought another one..... Now my smart doorbell doesn't work due to them drilling into the doorbell wires... I have reached out a few times and i still have not gotten a call to resolve my issue. Came in to the store three times to try to get an estimate for kitchen counters. So tried on the phone to find out a schedule as to when someone would be there and of course no one has any answers. I get transferred around to a phone that rings 300 times and nobody answers. I will be taking my business to home Depot and see if I can get better service there. But, probably not.
